Location is pretty peaceful. The usual selections nothing stands out. The service is pleasant and very polite.

I’m addicted to their refried beans! The food is good and not overly seasoned. It’s like the Piccadilly of Mexican restaurants with low seasoning which is perfect bec for high blood pressure. There’s no swimming in sauce, and appropriate proportions which I loved to avoid over eating.

Every time I eat here I’m thankful we have a local restaurant that’s so close to home (off Ovilla on the WEST side of 35 where all the new homes are going) that makes this quality of Tex-Mex food. Chips are thick and crispy, oil is never old, fajitas are seasoned, juicy, and never overcooked, the rice and bean sides are always great and the tortillas are fluffy and taste homemade. For the price you pay, this is a 5 STAR experience. ??
