Terrible customer service. They never know how to take the Subway coupons. They always say it's not working and they act as if it's fake. It's not a fake coupon They are just totally incompetent and rude. Will not be going back to this location.
This location used to be better than most locations in the immediate area, but lately they have dropped in quality like almost every other restaurant in the area. The food is getting ridiculously sloppy and the service is like they don't even want to be there. The atmosphere is simple and can use a refresh. This is supposed to be the Rotisserie Chicken on Italian Herb with cheese, lettuce, onion and mayo. But after the first bite realized they included the toppings and decided to keep the actual chicken for themselves. So I will be scratching them off my recommendations.

I had to bring down my rating because this is genuinely disgusting, someone could get sick. When getting my drink I noticed something on my ice that looked like mold. You gotta clean your ice machine!!! I could've said something but I was in a hurry to get home. Other than that food and service was good.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Subway for years, and I’ve always been able to count on them for 5-star service, fresh ingredients, and sandwiches made to perfection. Unfortunately, today was the first time they let me down.
I ordered online for pickup, the 2 footlongs for $12.99 deal, which I was really looking forward to. But when I unwrapped the sandwiches, I was seriously disappointed. It felt like the bread had more personality than the fillings—barely any meat or toppings to speak of. It was so skimpy that it felt more like I’d ordered a bread-only sandwich.
Subway…If you’re going to offer deals like the 2 footlongs for $12.99, then please fulfill those orders with the same quality and care as any full-priced menu item—your customers deserve better!

Usually our food is good but lately service there, not so good. Last two times we ordered our sandwiches they were not toasted like we had ordered online. I even gave a tip. Very disappointed! It's not that hard to honor the paying guests requests. Will go outside of Red Oak next time I want Subway.

I went in to order two foot longs for Charles and I. As I was ordering the bread I held up a coupon as I usually do because we always have one when we go in. So I can get you to order the bread and the meats and then the cheeses and if I wanted them toasted or not and then it was time for the vegetables. So I continue to tell them what Charles would like on his sub because his is a little bit easier than mine is, well Charles doesn't get a lot of vegetables on his sandwich but he loves black olives. Will the young lady was doing as she was trained to put the required portions on the footlong. Well I told her Charles loves olives. She continued to do what she was trying to do. When I told her more olives Charles loves olive, she turned and looked at the young lady at the POS station. Then she told me that she couldn't put any more olives on the sandwich. Well I've worked for Subway I have actually managed Subway before and I know that you can put as many vegetables as you want on your sandwich. When is Subway's policy. The young lady at the POS station told me not anymore. I said oh really? So I asked her for the owners information she told me that she didn't have it and I could probably find it online. Well I look for that information and had the darndest time finding it. So to whom it may concern here if you could please talk to your staff and let them know, they have lost a customer. Charles and I really like Subway. Since Charles is a retired vet, we go there quite a bit to redeem the coupons that are sent to us in the mail. It is very convenient for us to go just right up the street to get Subway since we have to pay just to get a ride to go up there to get something to eat, because we do not have a car at the moment. So I guess we are just going to have to pay extra to go a little further to get our Subway from now on.If the owner of this establishment could respond to this post I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much.

After picking up orders from this location I decided to try it. Best decision ever. I have given up on all the locations near me. This place is very clean. Staff is super friendly and they make my sandwich just the way I like it.

Been to many subways in the area. But this Subways crew was the best I’ve seen in a long time. This Sunday workers were kind respectful & professional and very attentive to your order. Great service 11+
