My name is Terry jay Jackson and I wanted to say this is the most disrespectful Wendy's I have ever been to I didn't get the manager name but she was small and she was rolling her eyes and she had an attitude I didn't get my receipt to call the store and give an actual complaint but she needs to be fired and replaced her service sucks and my fries were cold in my six piece nugget if I did not have to get to work I would have turned around

By far my worst experience at this location I did an online order for A drive-through pick up we ordered a large frosty and when we got up there and the frosty machine is unavailable, because they just cleaned it so she asked us if we wanted a different drink and while we were making our decision she rolled her eyes at us not sure why. After she gave us our drink she told us to pull up behind a car that was already waiting there’s no one else behind me so I was confused. The WHOLE reason I placed an online order was so I didn’t have to wait. Besides the point I was also trying to figure my order out because it didn’t say the Frosty’s were unavailable. She had came back to the window for a second time to tell me to scoot up and with an attitude she said “I don’t know why you didn’t do it the first time I said it” And slammed the window. I didn’t get any compensation for my missing frosty just attitude from the worker. Not sure of her name she had a red shirt and was the only one working drive-through night shift on May 23rd 2025.

Mobile breakfast order 15 minutes early coming from Dallas in a rush. Pickup in Drive thru.. They asked me to pull up??? They hadn't even started my freaking order like they sitting there twiddling their thumbs. Ain't got time! Canceled order and now Hangry.

Food was good , the staff is fabulous 👌 ! Both lunch and dinner , the. 2 young men behind the counter were exeptional in attitude and respect . May there lives as the men they become remain the same . Glory to God .

I ordered my food at 3:23 AM. Unfortunately, life happens. I ended up there at.4:04 AM.. I went through the drive-through to pick up my order I placed on the app. The manager asked me what did I order? I repeated everything exactly what it read off of my receipt. The manager, whom I spoke to and brought my food out to me to my car…, I did not get her name, but she is a Hispanic woman manager there . I feel that she went above and beyond her means to make my order”FRESH” that I placed at 3:23 AM. I told her how appreciated grateful and how good hearted she is for doing that; it really hit my heart❤️ She went above and beyond to take care of me. I love that and I thank her for that.❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍 we need more people like that in this world🌎

Order off Kiosk. Took quite a bit of time to get order. Single Jr Burger, Sour Cream & Chive potato and Lemonaid. Food was cold. Potato was ok but cold. Burger was hardly worth the time to eat, and also cold. Did not get receipt at Kiosk. Had attendant get receipt. Took two people to figure it out. Not really impressed.

I stopped by here pretty regularly to use the Tesla supercharger as it is very convenient. Restaurant at sofa is clean. Staff is pretty responsive and they have the good soda films. I’m usually here at lunch hours or dinner hours passing through in the food is always pretty fresh and just made no complaints.

In today's economy, it really irks my nerves to be charged 60 cents and not receive the item I was charged for. If you think about it, this type of stuff happens often to consumers. We all make mistakes but you can't even rectify the mistake if you don't answer your business phone listed on the receipt as well as Google. In other words, patrons would have to drive all the way back to get something corrected or acknowledged for their order. I will eat my baked potato plain without cheese although I was charged for it and hope that someone reaches out with a resolution through this review because this location doesn't answer their phone.
