I expected more since I’ve tried a variety of different hot chicken places. It was good just not what I expected. The black pepper flavor overcame it all which I didn’t prefer. Next time I’ll try the hot and not mild

Terrible customer service. Food took too long to come out (over 30 minutes and still wasnt done) and my daughter needed to leave for her soccer game so she asked for a refund. They said they don't give refunds. My daughter left and came back after her game (approximately 3 hours later). They handed her the cold chicken that had been sitting out that long. I tried messaging their Facebook page but have not had any response from them. Do not recommend.

My first time there and I’m one and done, I ordered a 6 piece mild with a sweet tea to drink mine you that was 17 dollars huh!!! My order took over 30 minutes got my food home and was disappointed, for one I don’t care for my chicken strips to be that big, one strip could have made 3 they had no flavor and no crunch to them and the fries was not even good, I didn’t even eat the food my husband ate the tenders after I put them in the oven for about 30 minutes, plus they was doing to much in them gloves for me, one minute they was mixing flour, then he started sweeping the floor in the kitchen which I didn’t understand why would you be doing that while you making orders and with them same gloves I seen him get a order ready to put in the bag and I’m looking like I hope that’s not my order, same with the young man at the register he was working the register in his gloves then going back into the kitchen area with them same gloves I’m sorry that’s not what you do, my husband got up this morning with a upset stomach NOT GOOD.

I left this message in your dm's but have not had any response, so I am posting here: My daughter made an order at your restaurant on Dec. 13 at 4:40 p.m. for some chicken strips. She said the total was around $15. At 5:05 she still hadn't gotten her food so she asked how much longer and was told 8 minutes. She had to be at Red Oak football field at 5:15 for her soccer game warm-up and waiting longer for the Chicken would have made her late. So she asked for a refund. The worker she asked went to the back and asked the manager and my daughter heard the manager say very loudly that they don't give refunds. So my daughter left without her food or money. After her soccer game was over (about 3 hours after she left the store) she came back and asked for her food and they handed her cold chicken that had been sitting out for 3 hours.
Is this the type of customer service and food handling you teach your employees?
The chicken was good. The fries were good. Not many drinks available that day but overall everything was good.

This place was good two months ago. Today everything changed. The chicken had no favor and over cooked. The mac and chesse was trash. It must be under new managements. I waited 25 mins. For a 6 pick meal and a 4 pick mild meal. Never again. The drink was the best part of the meal sweet tea and lemonade was on point.
My favorite chicken strip place around. Heat levels are no joke. Awesome sauce and even have pretty good catfish

I really enjoyed the chicken tender sandwich I got, and the fries were seasoned really well. The person working the counter was super friendly. I got my food quickly and enjoyed every bite!
