I now see why the reviews are so low. Today is Friday April 12th, 2024. Placed a order o line got there and was told my order wasn't ready. I ordered it at 730. I walked out of this place at almost 9pm. My order sat on the shelf for 45 mins. Noone ever said NOTHING! this stuff cost to much to be cold when you get it not to mention those fires are nasty when cold. I won't ever come back here again!!!! That crew working tonight is TRASH!!!!! Things are to expensive for bad service and cold food

The young lady at the front desk has an attitude problem....came in to get my wings and she starts whispering and laughing at me like they already didn't have 20 people waiting for wings. Hire more mature people, like seriously GROW UP. You the one frying chicken for a living. It's no laughing matter.

This will be my last time ordering from this location due to the customer service and of course the wait time. I placed my order at 6:45 and did not receive my order until 08:13 which is ridiculous. The building had a line outside and of course they telling customers it’s going to be an additional 35 minutes on top of other orders. Never again!! That’s for damn sure. Let’s not forget it’s my birthday weekend also? and ranch was spilled over in the bag as well.??

I've given this wing stop so many chances and I've regretted it every time. The service is beyond slow and unorganized. They need a better system here and better management. Every one working here looks no older than 17. You can place an order online or by phone and whatever time they tell you it'll be ready, PLEASE ADD an hour to that..sometimes an hr and a half. The lobby is always full of angry customers who have been sitting there forever waiting on food.My most recent order was set to be ready at 6:10. I got there at 7:00 (on purpose) and it still wasn't ready. I didn't get my food until 7:40.

Worst place ever!!!! Spent 75.00 on a a 40 piece, I get to my party late because they were so freakin slow!!!I get to my party late and realize they didn’t put my ranch’s and large blue cheese!!!! And all my veggggied were left out too!!!!I swear I’m so pissed!!!Parking: Worst wing stop ever!!!

I feel like i was robbed, i was pretty hungry this morning and i wanted wingstop so i doordashed me some for $22 and this is what i was given.SUPER small wings i genuinely feel like this should be considered theft.

I was picking up food for a customer for delivery and the manager here was so rude and careless towards me I could not believe it, don't do business here at all it's a waste of time. Poor customer service. ?

I endured a lengthy 10-minute and 48-second hold before the phone abruptly disconnected. Upon inspecting my order, I noticed that the wings still had feathers, reminiscent of a poorly cleaned chicken. Braving the cold and rain, I returned to the restaurant to address this issue. The lady at the register explained they were understaffed, and the gentleman eventually remade my order. However, I had to endure an additional 20-minute wait, which I find both unacceptable and unsanitary.
