Most unique hefeweizen I've ever had, its finish is like a Texas primrose or buttercup, if you've ever had one. beautiful aftertaste.
Honestly, some of the best beers top to bottom. Worth the drive. The sunset views are like nothing else. Nate is a great brewer and bar tender.

2025 Harvest Festival. Great people, great food from Oak Creek Kitchen out of Lockhart, a variety of beers- I've had 3 different pints so far- ,and a big beautiful sunset vista , oh and music by The Mighty Moondog!
Really enjoyed meeting Jarle, hearing him talk about his passion for brewing and his business. We sampled almost everything currently available. The coffee stout was my favorite, but we didn't taste anything we would turn down! Local crowd was friendly and inviting... I highly recommend checking this place out! Oh and the sunset views were phenomenal.

I’ve only been to Wild Bunch 2x but the atmosphere and Jarle (brewmaster) make it one of my favorite breweries. We made a 4+ hour drive just to visit Wild Bunch. 🍺👍🏻

I found this place unexpectedly while on a motorcycle ride, and I'm glad I did. Everyone was friendly, and the beer was fantastic. I'll definitely be back!
One of our MUST stops! I have never had a beer I did not like here. The atmosphere and people are so friendly. I only wish we could come more often!
