“I always take the bus from Houston to McAllen and we stop in Refugio. I place an online pickup order. First I get off the bus and pickup a soda and then go to DQ for my order. Been doing this for 3 years now. Was told I could not take my soda in there. I purchase a meal there but don’t like fountain drinks. Was irritated by this.“

“we stopped there to eat dinner last night. my daughter left my I.D credentials and other important documents that where in my wallet. “This is probably the cleanest DQ I've ever been in. Kudos to the crew. RR was clean. Food was DQ burgers and chicken strips. Salad dressing bar was fully stocked. Very nice, quiet atmosphere. And of course they have ice cream for desert. Cheaper than the other burger joints and just as good. Definitely beats stopping in Refugio, TX. Also, there is a drive-thru however not sure about the speed going thru.“
