Walked in and order my pizza at 5:45pm. Was told by the lady it would be about 20 minutes. About 6:15 someone came to the window and asked about my order and told it sould be coming out of the oven. About 6:25 the girl that took my order came out and inquired about my order and never saw her again. 6:40 the diviery driver asked me about my order and told me it was being put in the box. Around 6:55 a guy told me it was just coming out of the oven. A couple of minutes later they gave the pizza and it was a 4 minute drive to the house. Open the box and the pizza was cold and looked.like it was sitting for a while. Just moved to the area and I guess I should just buy frozen pizzas. A least it is hot and I know what and when I am getting it. Scott Templeton.

We get delivery from the one in Rhome all the time. Only ever had one issue but the owner quickly corrected it and made it right. The pizza is great, the delivery is usually pretty fast. Only bad thing I would say is the lady that called herself manager doesn’t know how to handle herself, but again the owner corrected it and made it right and apologized.

I recently ordered from Mr. Jim's Pizza in Rhome, Texas. While the delivery was timely and the food was warm, we were disappointed that the sauces, which were supposed to be included, were missing. When we called, we were told that no sauce was included, which contradicted the menu. We hope that in the future, orders will be double-checked for accuracy. Overall, it was an average experience that could have been improved with a bit more attention to detail.

Finely got some Mr. Jims pizza, it been a while since I had any. Had a sticky fingers and an ultimate peperoni both were delicious also had the bbq wings so good delivery was on time everything was hot highly recommended

Order that was delivered was not complete. Manager offered refund or redelivery in 45 mins. Asked for a complete redelivery so my full meal would be warm. Manager only sent missing items. Now what was originally delivered is cold and manager wouldn't do anything about it.
