I am Italian desent. . I ate mostly Italian food all my life.. I grew up in NYC and went to great Italian restaurants. Since moving to Texas.. I really was not too happy with the Italian food here.. I feel bad having to write this because the atmosphere was awesome and the staff are all friendly and helpful. But the food I had absolutely ruined everything else for me. The carbonara just tastes wrong, with not enough cheese, not enough salt, and the guanciale tastes more like ham than it should.

I had much higher hopes for this after the reviews, so maybe it’s just the carbonara that tastes bad. I will update my review in the future if I have a different...

Just had lunch here with a friend and could not have asked for a better atmosphere and food quality!
Hard to find quiet and authentic restaurants in Dallas these days, but they’re Italian is on point!
Don’t know why it took me so long to find this place, definitely go back again!
