BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT IF YOU GO TO IHOP!!! THEY HAVE DISHONEST SERVERS OR AT LEAST ONE THAT I KNOW OF!! My story: We ate at the Round Rock, TX location on 7/15/17. As I reviewed my credit card bill on 8/16/17 I noticed the tip we left had been rounded up from the $5.65 we intended, 23% of the ticket even though the service was not very good, to $10.00 even. It is fairly obvious this was done intentionally as her tip was rounded to exactly $10.00. I started calling iHop on 8/16/17 and to date have made 6 phone calls to the store, the area supervisor, IHop corporate and a request to ACG Texas for a return phone call. I have yet to get a response from anyone (I did talk to the store manager but he could do nothing except refer me to his supervisor) about this issue. I am posting this here and also on my page, twitter, etc. so people are aware that iHop and ACG Texas do not care if they hire dishonest people and will not even bother with you when you are overcharged. I believe this is called fraud and will be researching what my next step should be since they refuse to respond to my calls and requests.
