I recently used Bagel 21 for a catering order for teachers at children's school. They were super accommodating with the order with just one days notice. I arrived shortly after they opened and my order was already completed! The variety of bagels and cream cheeses makes it easy for anyone to eat there! Can't wait to go back with my family on the weekend!

My sandwich and the coffee did not taste fresh, and the hash browns were worse (in my opinion).I'm truly not understanding the high reviews. Maybe I need to order just a bagel with cream cheese if I decide to go back . But based on my initial experience, I'd rather go to Einsteins Bagels than this place.

It was my first time there, so I was ordering a baker's dozen. The person told me I was over, so I ordered one less on my last one. Got home and recounted, and saw that I only had 12.
The cream cheese wasn't anything special either. Even though we got the flavored cream cheese, you couldn't taste the flavor. It felt like plain cream cheese with just a simple mix in.

I ordered one sesame bagel with cream cheese and waited over 20 minutes and didn't get it. I asked for a refund and had to wait another eight minutes and still couldn't get it.And I had to go, so I ended up getting no bagel, and not my money back

AMAZING! I got a bagel sandwich, and it was flavorful. The bagel was near perfect. wasn’t too hard or chewy. Finally a place that doesn’t skimp on the cream cheese. It’s been so hard to find a great bagel shop with decent prices! I will definitely be returning.

I moved down here about a year and half ago from the east coast. I've missed good bagels. This has definitely become my new go-to bagel place. Really good bagels, and staff is friendly. Also, you gotta try their chicken salad. It's uniquely awesome. Had to make a review to recommend. ?
