This is the best bagel spot in Dallas. Hands down. I love this place. The customer service, prices, atmosphere, and food are 100% awesome. I can tell the bagels are made fresh and with lots of love! Feels good to eat these bagels and just brightens my day! No lie. The secreet to making any amazing food is to use good quality ingredients and with love and care. They have the recipe for success down!

This place is absolutely amazing! Every time we go there, the cashier is super friendly and talkative, the bagels are always great and there is varieties to choose from! Everything is relatively clean although from time to time we do have to brush off our own table, but it's never anything bad just a couple of crumbs people leave. It's a small shop with a wonderful vibe and if you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out!

Went here twice when we dropped our son off at college. Hands down the best bagel breakfast sandwiches we've ever had! Young man who took our order (possibly manager/owner) remembered my husband's name when we went back the next day. Incredible service that you don't see these days. Will be returning on future visits to Dallas!

This was my first time trying Bagel Cafe 21, I ordered via Door Dash. I ordered a small hot Horchata and a Deluxe Lox Smoked Salmon bagel. It was on an Asiago bagel, dark toasted with plain cream cheese. Everything was delicious! The Lox tasted so fresh and the bagel was delicious! It was my first time trying the hot Horchata and I really enjoyed that as well. I live outside of their delivery area so I’m forced to use Door Dash, but if you live within their delivery area or are able to pick it up, I would suggest using their website directly as their pricing is cheaper on their site. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
