We come here often, and we want to give an incredible shout out to SAM our waiter! She greets us with a smile and very attentive to each table!!! She is professional and approachable making our experience great each time!!! Thank you SAM!!! We love seeing this you each time!!

I have ordered Chicken Fry Piece biryani instead received Pulao which is very oily, tasteless and very less quantity. Never recommend this at all!!

Very disappointed with the experience. I cancelled my order on Uber Eats, but was later told to come and pick it up from the restaurant. After making the effort to go there, the staff refused to give me the order. It was a waste of time and completely unprofessional. If the order was cancelled, I shouldn’t have been asked to come — and if I was asked, it should have been honored. Poor communication and customer service.

Great place for irani chai and kabobs. Polite and pleasant staff.

I ordered the chicken biryani from the à la carte menu, expecting it to be fresh. However, regardless of how you place your order, they end up serving you biryani from the previous day. The appearance of the chicken and rice clearly states that it has been stored in the freezer for some time. Upon receiving an order, they simply reheat it for serving.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was warm and inviting. We started with the garlic chicken appetizer, which was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. For the main course, we ordered biryani and chicken tikka—both dishes were cooked to perfection, rich in spices, and served hot and fresh.

Overall, from the presentation to the taste, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, flavorful food in a lovely setting!

Used to love Bawarchi. Now I just miss it.

As a regular customer, it’s genuinely painful to write this. But after consistently bad visits, I feel like I owe it to fellow food lovers to be honest.

The food quality has gone downhill faster than a dropped biryani pot. It's like the chefs have gone on vacation and handed over the kitchen to the microwave.

And don’t even get me started on the Karivepaku Chicken, it used to be packed with flavor. Now it tastes like burnt coal wrapped in curry leaves. If that’s the new recipe, congratulations mission “ruin a good dish” accomplished.

It honestly feels like Bawarchi is taking its loyal customers for granted. We don’t come back because we enjoy disappointment. We come back hoping to taste what we once loved. Sadly, disappointment is now the house special.

I truly hope you guys bring back the quality and taste that made this place worth recommending. Until then, I’ll be searching for a new favorite.

Its nice food we had dosa and biryani here, dosa is good but biryani is not up to the mark as of the expectations but its good and here a girl whose name Swapna gave good service and when it comes to ambience its quite good.

Today, my friends and I visited Bawarchi Richardson and had a great experience. We ordered the Guntur Chilli Baby Corn, Paneer Tikka Biryani, and Veg Vijayawada Biryani — all were delicious and flavorful. A special thanks to Sapna for her excellent service; she was very friendly, attentive, and helped us choose the right dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the warm hospitality!
