“If you’re looking for a venue for any event from a wedding to a celebration of life, you can’t go wrong at Lakewood Brewing, 2302 Executive Dr., Garland. They have several different areas one can reserve, each with its own personality. And included in the cost of the rental is UNLIMITED BEER and other drinks. And their catering menu offers a delicious selection; the Caprese Skewers and the Charcuteries Skewers were a big hit, and easy for people to enjoy while socializing. The flatbread mini-pizzas had great flavor, unlike what you might think of brewery food. The best part: working with Cassie Henderson, their event planner! Her patience, humor and attention to detail made our event special, and I can’t thank her enough.“

“I've only been 3 times, but at different times of the day. This last time I was there on a Friday night, and they had live music which I enjoyed. I just really enjoy the vibe of this place. We were at a different bar before that and I knew that we'd have a better time at the truck yard. And we did. Never disappoints“

“This is one of our absolute favorite spots, especially when we’re hosting friends from out of town—it never fails to impress! Our guests always rave about the vibrant and inviting atmosphere, and the patio area is such a standout. It’s the perfect mix of laid-back fun and great energy, making every visit feel special.
The service here is consistently top-notch, with staff who are attentive, friendly, and always eager to enhance the experience. As for the food, I can’t recommend the chicken Caesar salad enough—it’s fresh, flavorful, and always perfectly prepared. Pair it with a side of crispy French fries, and you’ve got the ultimate go-to for a girls’ night dinner.
Whether it’s a casual evening out or a chance to show off one of the best local spots, this place is a must-visit every time!“
