Great bagels! Highly recommend the lox bagel and pecan coffee - both are delicious! Some complain about service, but the couple that runs this place is simply quieter; they've always been nice, attentive, and fast, just don't expect small talk (which I don't mind).

Inflation strikes again! Begals are NOT being boiled anymore. Now just mini loaf's of bread. A baker's dozen is 12 at this place.

Customer service is absolutely atrocious.There is nothing about this place deserving of one star, so it sucks I have to give them one in order to leave a review. It is one thing to not have a bubbly personality. I have no problem with that. But to be so incredibly rude and disrespectful to customers is unacceptable. And what's worse is they see the reviews. They know what people are saying about them and they simply do not care.

I went in this morning at 10:30 to get a bakers dozen and the first thing that I noticed was there wasn’t much of a selection and from that selection, there weren’t many actual bagels left. The lady behind the counter didn’t smile once at me or bother to interact. My fiancé and I felt extremely rushed and there wasn’t a soul in that place besides us.I’m not surprised to see a lot of other low reviews based solely on their service and bad attitude. It’s unfortunate, especially since they had a bible verse written on a chalkboard above their register.

Rude service is ridiculous how the service can give you a bad experience I ordered an early riser and noticed that they offered coffee great I did not have to make another stop. When I kindly asked the lady to add a coffee to my order she gave me the annoyed look. By the way the latte is not good.

They were rude and rushed us to order. Wouldn’t substitute turkey on her sandwich. After seeing a bagel that fell on the floor get put on the counter instead of the trash, we walked.

I walked into the shop and greeted the gentlemen behind the counter. He did not greet me, nor smile. Just stared at me. I asked if I could please have a minute, as this is my first time inside! I’ve been wanting to try this place out, thanks to the awesome reviews. The gentleman immediately said “we close at 1”. I looked down and it was 12:56. I said thank you, never mind. And left. My husband was with me and we both left feeling really uncomfortable.I’m sorry your wanting to close is more important than a first time customer’s experience. I didn’t know the establishment closed at 1pm. All I did today was wake up at 11am after a miserable Friday and wanted something new to try to start the day out. As somebody that has worked in food service, your response would have gotten me in a chair in my bosses office so fast my head would spin.I’m going back to Einstein Bros.

I understand the reviews about the customer service. I tried them today for the first time with my family. The bagels are really good and fresh! It was a take out order so I wasn’t focused too much on their service. Looking forward to trying them again!
They treat customers with complete disrespect. It looks like they are making us a favor by selling their products. The treatment was so disrespectful this time that I paid for a coffee and a bagel and I left before they gave me the products. I ate before in that place and the bagels are good. They are normally not courteous but this time it seems the cashier had a bad day and he was treating every customer with disrespect. I will never go back to that Benny’s. Fortunately, there is one near where I live. By having franchises like this, Benny’s degrades its appeal.

Wasn't what it's made out to be. It's basically a typical Asian owned breakfast bagel/donut shop all around Texas. Einstein is much better. We wouldn't come back. Nothing special and just popping cold already cooked eggs in the microwave. Even Dunkin tastes better.

My first time was not so good. I went in wanting a cinnamon bagel. The lady said we don't have cinnamon. We are about to close in 30 minutes. If you want cinnamon there's some on the top shelf.Well, wait I thought you don't have cinnamon. Oh, it's not a bagel it's more like a loaf ? of bread. She looked so tried and not really wanting to serve. So I settled for a cream cheese bread and asked if I could get it warm up?Why did I say that-She warms it and it was not so good, but I said to myself that I will not return. 30min left to close, was long enough to serve maybe your last Customer.Maybe they don't need us~

Really excited to see an independently owned bagel place so close to my work and home. Service was great (owners reminded me of my own parents, who would sound like they were yelling at us even if they were not), and the food is tasty. I got the bagel and lox and will be coming back soon!

Cute mom and pop bagel shop! They make the bagels fresh in house and they are so delicious. I got a garlic bagel with bacon egg and spinach cream cheese and it was so tasty! The owners were sweet and made the order quickly.
