The boys work really hard. They keep the place clean and greet us every time me and my husband come in. Yesterday there was a boy at the ice cream(don’t know his name)but he was respectful and super enthusiastic. Loved his energy. Loved how he treated my kids.

It's authentic Syrian desserts. The service is great but they are usually busy so prepare yourself to wait a little . They have a nice outdoor seating area. Can't wait to go back.

Didn't meet our high expectations. Kennafah is not impressive. The arabic ice cream mestakah (gum) was too strong. Service and atmosphere area excellent. Obviously, we are nitpicking here as we are from Damascus. But overall, heads and shoulders over any American/Italian gelato or ice cream shop.

Superb ice creams and top-notch desserts. I keep going back for the Turkish coffee with cardamom, only for strong-flavor lovers but absolutely delicious and truly keep you awake. I just don't give 5 stars because service tends to be slow but totally worth it if you have the time to spare and you crave something out-of-the-ordinary sweet treat.

I drove all the way from south of Dallas about 55minutes to get kinafa with cream and stood in line for 20 minutes just to be told that they won't be making any more of it. They didn't even consider my request.I am sure everything taste great but I am giving this review based on the customer service. Their staff isn't accommodating at all, infact are very rude.Thank you for ruining my first experience, will not be visiting again.

Kinafa is just average. But tiramisu is great. One of the best. Coming to Kinafa it's dry and full of cheese. I would say try other items.
