-slow delivery to the point where you could find and make some friends, catch a movie with them, and start drama with them, that slowly drives you apart, before you get your order.-staff enjoys moseying around as if they are at a fashion show, showing the horrible hospitality.-cooking staff was not wearing masks, creating an issue with the health guidelines set in place by the CDC.-i asked for a single bottle of water while the staff was clearly not busy, and I had to wait an unnecessarily long time to get water.-the food was far from decent, mediocre at best.-i liked the front doors.
Not exaggerating the experience but it literally felt like I was in hyderabad. The authenticity and Taste is so accurately on point.Service, ambience and the live music all together it was a fantastic experience
We tried Bollywood Spice today for the first time. I have mixed feelings about it... When we arrived, we stood by the door for 6-7 minutes until someone finally greeted us and took us to our table. There was only one other table so it’s not like they were very busy and couldn’t get to us. The decor is really nice. However, there was no music. It was completely silent. Also the booths were definitely used, and were clearly not scrubbed down. When we were seated, the guy kind of threw the menu on the table and walked off. He was not very hospitable. I would say it’s what you expect from typical desi servers, unfortunately. We got there around 5 and the guy said chicken biryani wouldn’t be ready until 6. We were disappointed about that. We ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan. All naan costs $2. The drinks are complimentary though. The butter chicken and garlic naan were tasty and flavorful. It’s clear they used their chicken 75 and threw it into their butter chicken masala. I guess that’s okay since the taste was good, but it does seem kind of lazy. The presentation was lacking as well.
Lovely place to enjoy authentic hyderabadi food. Haleem, biryani, qubani and naan were the best items.Mr.Amodi was very kind and made us feel special
Food was amazing. Spices were perfect. We walked in right before closing and the food and service was still amazing as well. Highly recommend this place
Beautiful Ambiance, delicious food, great Live Music
It was my first time coming I really love the chicken 75 very tasty And the chicken biryani very delicious will be coming back.
One of the best place ever I had special Hyderabadi special biryani and Halim peaceful & clean environment.
Drove 20 miles with family to this place and we had high hopes but we were very disappointed. I don't even know where to start. Let me start with the service... We ordered Goat Haleem, Chicken 75 and Goat Biryani, 2 naan and one paratha. When the food arrived (30 minutes later), they had forgotten Haleem and Paratha. They had also not given us any plates or silverware yet. I asked her for the plates and the forgotten items. She brought us 4 plates even though we were 5. I asked her to bring one more plate, which she never did. Also, the plates that she did bring were soaking wet. I asked her to bring napkins to I could wipe the plates. About 20 minutes later, I got up and asked the owner for the missing plate but he completely ignored me. I finally got the plate from her so my son could eat.Now about the food... the chicken 75 meat was very hard and tough to eat. The biryani had some wierd smell and the haleem was tasteless. We left more than half the food on the table. During the whole time, no one ever came to ask us if we needed anything.
Amazing food with authentic Hyderabadi flavor. Love it!
