Found hair in my ice cream. It’s not mine. It was deep inside the ice cream. Actually disgusting.

Gotta love Braum’s, nothing to complain about. The ice cream was good, the staff was friendly, the kitchen, lobby, and restrooms were clean. Got a custom banana split to share with a friend and they executed it perfectly. Can’t ask for much more :)

Braum’s is always a great spot for ice cream. Stopped at this location on a road trip. Good ice cream and service was excellent. Unfortunately this location wasn’t the cleanest I’ve been to and smelled kinda weird. We weren’t there long so not a huge deal.

The Banana split I had was delicious real icecream and flavors not like that blue bell bullcorn. Never had a banana split in my life and it was great. Such an awesome occasional pick me up.

I have never been at an establishment that is so bad at getting an order correct. All of their meals automatically have cheese on them. I don't like cheese, so I always tell them not to put cheese on it. I've tried saying it a billion different ways like just a hamburger, or no cheese, or nothing on it but blah blah blah. It doesn't matter how I say it, they always mess up my order. It doesn't matter which Braums I go to although this Braums is particularly terrible.
