The Service there is always Awesome
Just came from this location and was given a shake in a cup that was leaking on the bottom but the cashier put a napkin around it instead of changing the cup. Then asked me to pull away from the window to wait on my fries. After a 5 min wait my burger and fries were brought out to me and when I got home I found out there was no ketchup for the fries that I waited 5 minutes for.
Slowest staff ever, be prepared for wasting you’re time with disrespectful staff.
What can I say... real ice-cream for a great price! I've been to other shops in the area which serve over-priced specialty flavors. Staff is very friendly, place is clean. I've never seen the place empty unless they're closed. Breakfast menu is great. I recommend the Big Country with gravy if you're starving. I wish they would serve Breakfast all day. But an old fashioned cheese burger combo always satisfies.
I was here last night, the African American server at the front was rude, she seemed annoyed and impatient for whatever reason and was rude. All the braum's locations I have been to have great customer service, disheartening to come across such employees ruining the reputation.
This Braums is a great place to stop in for a quick yet quality meal. With free drink refills and it's own retail market shop, I will be stopping here again.

Got my order completely wrong had to wait an 20 Xtra minutes for mayonnaise burgers
Went in with my 3yr old granddaughter to get an ice cream. This young man had the patience of Job. He made out first DQ experience very special.
