Just came from this location and was given a shake in a cup that was leaking on the bottom but the cashier put a napkin around it instead of changing the cup. Then asked me to pull away from the window to wait on my fries. After a 5 min wait my burger and fries were brought out to me and when I got home I found out there was no ketchup for the fries that I waited 5 minutes for.
What can I say... real ice-cream for a great price! I've been to other shops in the area which serve over-priced specialty flavors. Staff is very friendly, place is clean. I've never seen the place empty unless they're closed. Breakfast menu is great. I recommend the Big Country with gravy if you're starving. I wish they would serve Breakfast all day. But an old fashioned cheese burger combo always satisfies.
Gotta love Braum’s, nothing to complain about. The ice cream was good, the staff was friendly, the kitchen, lobby, and restrooms were clean. Got a custom banana split to share with a friend and they executed it perfectly. Can’t ask for much more :)
