Personally, I loved this place, its food, and the location, even though the staff was sometimes a bit serious and rigid. It was still a good option until today, when we chose it for a get-together with friends to have coffee and share a good meal and conversation. Since there were several of us, we waited for everyone to arrive and then ordered. We were there for about an hour and a half when the waiter came over and told us he was going to take away one of our tables because a group had reserved it for that time (even though there were other tables available). He added that he didn't know we would be staying so long. I asked him if there was a time limit for staying there, to which he replied no, but that he needed the table. I thought this was terrible treatment, especially since I paid for the service with the same money that the Anglo people who arrived would pay. This will be the last time we visit this place. I truly hope they change these attitudes because they've just lost a group of five people who were frequent customers.

I picked up a lunch order for the office since delivery is not available. After returning to work, we realized that one lunch was missing and another was incorrect. I had to drive back to the restaurant to resolve the issue, and unfortunately, my own food became cold during that time.
I was informed that no credit would be issued. Based on this experience, we will not be placing future orders with Bruncheon.

Wait staff asked us to move to make room for a large group after only being seated for 20 minutes. It wouldn't have been a big deal but the way it was asked really didn't feel right. We just ended up taking our last bites and left. We've been to Bruncheon several times but this visit combined with the price creep leaves us to look for brunch elsewhere in the future.

I love having brunch out, so I gave this place a try last Wed. Wasn't too busy but it took the waiter a while to take our order. Ordered Avocado toast, avocado was not fully ripe and eggs were cold when served. My decaf coffee was cold. Took the waiter too long to take our check when we were ready to leave.

I ordered the nutella and banana crepe AND THERE WASNT EVEN NUTELLA! JUST CHOCOLATE SYRUP LIKE BRO THERE IS A DIFFERENCE!! I wanted Nutella so bad but they just drizzled some chocolate syrup. It was so expensive too that cheap crepe was 17$!!!! Like bro what. Bad service too. NOT EVEN CROWDED and they were dtill taking long to serve us. We had to call them over sometimes cause they didnt serve us. WE WATCHED OUR FOOD SIT THERE FOR SEVERAL MINUTES!! They forgot to serve us food. horrible place and i suggest NO ONE EVER GOES THERE!

Went in for lunch on 11/1/2025. The server got my order wrong. It was a burger and they got it wrong. With no attention being paid to us, I stood up with the plate and walked it to the waitress. She then put in the order correcting my food again. It came back to me wrong again. This time I returned it and asked for my order to be cancelled. For my troubles, my wife and I spent 50 minutes in the place, were ignored when we sat, my food came twice wrong and my wife’s salad had no dressing. Horrendous service. If you wish to waste your time, by all means go here. I never ate lunch. I cannot believe the level of incompetence and lack of care. A couple came over to our table as they were exiting and said they almost walked out as their service was horrible as well. Stay away.

Basically my wife and I were ignored by the server as he walked by our table 5 times over 10 minutes after the initial greeting. What gives? I had to call the waiter to the table at that point we no longer desired to eat at this location.

Dined in for breakfast. My wife had the pancakes with pecans. They cooked whole pecans into the pancake, it was great. I had a bowl with no potatoes, the serving was so big that I snacked on it all day long.

Visited on lunch with business associate from another state. Loved the menu, decor, it did take a while to get serviced and the restaurant only had 3 tables sat. I ordered simple - over medium eggs, side of bacon and sausage. Eggs came out over easy, despite not wanting to return i did because of my diet I needed to eat all the egg. The waiter returned and I explained and they returned those to kitchen. A while later ,I received 4 more eggs exactly the same, very runny. The waiter argued that this was medium. However the yolk was not gummy and was seriously runny. I asked at this point for them to be cut from ticket. I had bacon and sausage for lunch. If they cant cook an egg, no reason to be a brunch place - over medium: partially cooked and jammy, not fully set. But not entirely runny and liquid. Better luck next time, I suspect this place wont last.
