First of all, during a statewide mask mandate, neither of the two people we saw working there were wearing a mask. Every customer that walked in was wearing a mask, but none of the staff. When I ordered and paid for 4 sodas, I was not warned that the soda machine was out of everything except Coke and Sprite. We tried chicken sandwiches, burgers and round fries. The fries were okay, not very hot or crispy, chicken was not bad, burger was inedible. Bottom of bun was wet, and the beef patty was tough, dry and super well-done. Oh well, my curiosity was satisfied.

Can I just say, how happy I am that all of their food is halal and SO GOOD, I'm a spicy lover and their jalapeño burger is just to die for its sooo good, I can't seem to get over how good it is. I would highly recommend you try it. The staff is super sweet and so patient.

Used to live in the adjacent building. Its really an amazing place for vegetarians and vegans as well. Garlic aioli fries are one of my favorites and how can I forget the falafel burger. Missing the place in covid days. Will visit it soon.

This location does great with its burgers and chicken wings/tenders. Very flavorful! However, the last 2 times I have been here in the last month the potato fries were more like potato chips. I'm not sure if they were overcooked or cut too thin, but they were just crunchy. The BurgerIM in Wylie has found the perfect sweet spot for the fries in my opinion. 4/5, just the fries bringing it down. Otherwise, it's perfect!

NOT just another burger joint! Creative spin, exceptional quality and as close to gourmet as a burger gets at decent prices. Bright open concept with large patio to quench a thirst for one of their signature cocktails. Great for a let's do something different kinda meal. (looks like the need some biz...great chance to support local.

Can't really tell from the outside but this place is really nice, has a huge outside patio and the food is amazing! I got the angus hamburger. It was outstanding, the burger was crisp and melting in my mouth. The onion rings were great! Cookies and cream milkshake was good too! I order bbq wings and they were REALLY good but I only could eat one I was already so full. My eyes were bigger than my stomach. And I love any place that has the big mixed flavor coke machine where you can choose your own flavors! I also love the decor, the amount of tv's, cool neon lit up lettering under the bar and oh yeah, a full bar! Definitely coming back!

Meat was not fully cooked, only had two pickles and two little tomatoes. Flavor of the bun and cheese were good. Finish cooking the meat when I got home. Onion rings were good. No condiments napkins or ketchup in bag. Order was delivered to car. Would "not" recommend to a friend. Save some money and enjoy your food, go to Scotty P's or Whataburger.

In the name of short and straightforward reviews. I got the vegan burger, the order was messed up as the burger didn't come out vegan both times (had American cheese on it & not so sure about the sauce that was put on it) nor did it have all that I ordered on it. My friend got the chicken "strips" and they were the size of nuggets. They had good service and all, but for the price and size of what we ordered...it wasn't worth it. I appreciate there being a vegan and pescatarian options at a burger place, but y'all can do better :) Ordered the classic BurgerIM duo, and chicken strips.

I'm a little late in posting this but I had to share my experience with you all!! Absolutely one of the best burger joints I have been to!! Food is right on the money! So so good! And so much to try!! I wanna try them all so you can bet I will be going back! The manager Allen Dermes was the best!! So professional and was very courteous! Did not hesitate to answer all our questions since it was our first time there and helped us choose some amazing dishes that I just loved! I will be visiting them for their happy hour next time that looks like it will be great fun!! Allen ... thank you once again and we will be seeing you again real soon!! Can't wait to have another one of those crispy chicken sandwiches! So far my favorite!

I have been here few times with coworkers and never had a bad experience. The employees and management use to be very accommodating. Yesterday (Tuesday) my girlfriend and I stopped in too get some food to go. First we were greeted with a "what's up". I have never been to a restaurant weather it is casual dining or fast food and greeted with "what's up". We ordered couple burgers fries and wings. I have had the wings once before and wanted my girlfriend to try the sweet chili sauced wings. Our food was given to us with not a word said, this was odd because as I said before I have always had a decent experience. We get home instead of have the sweet chili sauce we had buffalo. We ordered a dry age burger and received something totally different. Fries were cold and soggy. We live in the apartments next door so I can't imagine fries getting cold within 2-4 mins. I tried to call Burgerim's corporate office and had no success but an answering machine.
