Food was disgusting, I tried the lemon pepper wings and they were salty and they smelt & tasted like the were cooked in old fish grease, the chicken smelled weird. It smelled stank

Amazing food, Carl was a cool guy very nice and efficient, got the wings and catfish with shrimp. Best catfish and shrimp I have ever had, and out of a truck too! Large menu with lots of variety. Very pleased with his food and will definitely be looking for him at any food truck stops!

I had the catfish plate. The fish was good, I could have did without the fries and rice. It was pricey but overall I enjoyed it. I would order again.

The Cajun Pasta they made us at Hazel was to die for. Absolutely incredible. Thanks for coming over!

Food is trash. Only good if you like flavorless and cold.

I do not recommend this food to anyone, we ordered 2 burgers “gourmet” with fries and 5 piece buffalo wings with fries, we were #3 which still should have been fresh and presentable, wrong!!! For $40 this was the worst food from a food truck I have ever experienced, let’s start with the burgers, melted cheese, the burgers had to be mystery meat it tasted rubbish! The bread looked like slider bread and it wasn’t hot. The fries were wet looking with no seasoning and cold as ice… seems like he made them before he pulled up! The wings were not buffalo, plain with salt and pepper spreaded across it. We took one bite of our food and threw it in the garbage immediately! I love to support private owned business and small business owners but this experience would make a person not want to support any longer. Disappointed because of the lack of love and care in this food and being conscientious about what is being served instead of just trying to make a dollar.

Food was ok but the service was horrible I usually don’t give bad reviews but he was being so rude to me and my family we went to order at all different time and was rude to every single one of us. Half of us didn’t even finish our food. Hope his day gets better

Poor driving skills.

On 8/19 at 4:18 PM the driver of the food truck ran a red light at Midway and the 635 service road almost causing a collision.

Also it's very interesting to see that the owner only responds to highly ranked reviews, clearly not caring about the opinions of those that have some critical feedback.

Horrible service and even worse food! It is not edible. The stove and fry stations are filthy! Yuck!!

This was very nice and delicious. My apartment complex had Carl's Kitchen food truck yesterday, 5p-8pm. I got there about 6:15pm and there were three customers ahead of me. Mr. Carl was cool. I ordered, paid and got a pager. That was neat. It was not a long wait before I got zapped. The food was hot and fresh. Excellent seasoning on the burger and the fries.

I did not give it 5 stars only because of presentation. My apartment graciously comped my meal (first 25 residents got tickets) however for the price point advertised i would hope a bit more effort in making it aesthetically pleasing. I don't mind spending $20+ for a gourmet burger and fries but please make it pretty.

Had the pleasure of trying this food truck out at my work and got a burger and it was 10/10
