Came to Parkside at Craig Ranch tonight and they are the worst food truck ever!! For $30 my wife got the rack of lamb. They didn't include the shrimp, garlic mashed or truffle oil veggies. I had the gourmet burger and there was no brisket and it was super dry. Either save your money or check your order because they will rip you off.

Amazing food! I LOVED my brisket quesadilla, and my husband LOVED his fried catfish and shrimp. Good value for the money, too. Carl is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet! He’s a veteran and you can tell he has a passion for serving delicious food. Sorry I forgot to take pics before we devoured our meals!!

Phenomenal. Carl is so talented! Best crab cakes I've ever had! We all got something different (catfish and shrimp, nachos, etc.) and we were all blown away. We will be seeking out this food truck in the future!

The food truck was booked for a wedding. Carl? The man working the truck was very rude when asked to move back because the generator was loud and would interfere with hearing the ceremony. I came to the window to place my order a simple “hello I’ll be with you in a minute” would have been nice but nope. About 10 minutes later my boyfriend was finally able to put the order in. It took an hour for the food to be done. There was at max 70 people attending and less than half actually ordered food. Then when we got the food it was all fish. The lady said she told us they were out of shrimp and that is not true. I’m not a fan of fish so I wouldn’t have ordered it. He gave us an extra piece of fish but like I said I was looking forward to the shrimp. There was also a misunderstanding where the bride ordered and paid for cupcakes with the truck and they claimed to not have that order.

They came to our apartments for a food truck day something our complex does often. The food was Fresh very tasty a bit heavy on the salt in my opinion but otherwise very good. Price is a bit high for the portion size. However the service was great they where super friendly and the food came out very fast. Give it a try for yourself ?
I'm really torn when it comes to writing this review. I ordered the nachos and while the flavor is absolutely amazing, I received 4 wonton chips with only 3 covered with toppings. To pay $16.95 before tax and to receive such a small amount is really disappointing. Would love to try again but I would need to verify the portion size first.
