I went to Chic fila at 8:17:01AM Richardson Texas on Plano Road this morning and ordered a chik fila biscuit and a coffee. When I drove up to the window to received my order from Holly. I noticed my chic fila biscuit was warm so I asked her if she could give me another one that’s a little hotter and she said if you want one hotter you need to cook it yourself. She asked the worker to give her another chick fila biscuit after she made her nasty comment. I took it and droved off.

I find that comment from Holly was very unprofessional. I will never go to the chick fila location again.

This place always give me bad experience all the time. Last time it was wrong order. Asking no pickles when I get home I bite on pickles in my burger and recently I was not comfortable being rushed taking order.

It is absolutely unacceptable.

I placed order only taking less than 5mins, but keeping ask WHAT ELSE . What about senior!! They even taking longer than me. Whoever is manager needs to coach all their associates being kind and nice, not rush the guests who placing orders.

This location is usually fine...... After yesterday, I won't go back. First the outside people need bigger fans with this Texas heat, Chick-fil-A are you all crazy! 2nd the attitude from the children who clearly weren't trained in customer service need more training. Or better yet hire older people with manners. Management obviously lets these children get out of hand and act however. It's one with having fun at work, which I believe in, but at the customers expense is crazy. Also no more my pleasure I guess too. Done with this location. Seems like every food place in that area is horrible with customer service.

Went to this location got the wrong order not once but twice. Didn't get an apology just took the sandwich out my hand and walked away as if I was inconveniencing him.

Spoke with the manager and she acted as if I didn't something wrong by spending my money there.

Love chick-fil-a. Its a tad frustrating to properly plan ahead and place my order in the app then get to the restaurant and wait in the drive thru queue 10-15 minutes. They need a mobile order lane badly LOL

Compared to any other Chick-fil-A, its exactly what you'd expect. Clean restaurant and forced polite service. If you have never had it before, its good. It's unique, and its also overpriced small portions.

We go to very few fast food places these days. The prices, customer service, etc... But one place we will continue to frequent is Chic Fil A. The food is always fresh, the prices are reasonable and the customer service is still the best out there.

Of all the Chic Fil A restaurants we have ever been to, the one at 603 S. Plano in Richardson is our favorite. Tina and her team stand out more than any fast food restaurant we have ever visited. Tina is always positive...always full of energy...and always has a kind word and a smile, no matter how busy they are or what time of day it is. We have never received bad service at her restaurant and our day picks up a every time we see she is at the restaurant!

Chic Fil A can be proud of their food, their values and the excellent customer service they offer. But the number one reason we go to this location is because of Tina! Thank you for a great experience every time we visit!
