I mean the sandwich was good, as always. But I'm not a big fan of the change to the grease used for the fries. I'll no longer get the waffle fries because the taste and texture is off putting to me personally.

Horrible customer service. Chick-fil-a prides its self with great customer service & Holly sure did not get the memo. This has not been my first bad experience with her and I debated posting this but today was beyond rude. She definitely needs to be re-trained in the “my pleasure” way.

Placed a order don’t know how it was not ready but I was charge the lady stated I would be refunded the probably is I’m confused on why my order was canceled and now I have to spend another 13 dollars to eat while I wait on this to be refunded this my second time at this location and I really don’t like coming here

This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A out here. I came around 1140 and the two people that were working outside absolutely terrible.on top of that I had cold fries and sandwich. I was also missing items so I had to drive all the way back up there. Y’all have to do better. I also called up there about two times. No answer. I cannot stress this enough how much this Chick-fil-A sucks !

so this is the first time I’m making a bad review usually I am always happy coming to this location “in the mornings before work “ , but today I came by lunch hr 11:20 & my food was cold , I ordered a spicy sandwich and honestly it tasted like the original not sure if they messed up but I wasn’t satisfied… Please do better

I have always gone to this location. Never had any major issues usually take care of things in a professional manner. I ordered food through the app and picked up through drive thru. I was missing a sandwich so I had to go back which took about 10min. So I got off and went to the window. I told the employee that I missing a sandwich ignored me the first time and told me he couldn't help me to get helped I had to go inside. I went through drive thru so I wouldn't have to go inside by the time i got home my food was cold. I was really disappointed with the service which I thought was unusual for a Chic Fil A.

I went and ordered 2 meals, I asked for CFA sauce and I didn’t receive any, I pulled back around at 9:56PM for CFA sauce and they denied to open the drive thru door when they still had 4 minutes before they closed. I had to show them my CFA bag for them to open the door so I could ask them for sauce, I didn’t know that yall closed early then 10PM.

I’m never going back to this location! I had a flat tire on the drive thru and I was waiting for my roadside assistance to come help me and the hole time I was there no one came out and ask if I was ok after I had ordered my food.. Finally when some one came out and asked me to move my car I’m like are you serious can’t you see I have a flat tire!!! I was so upset I have never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A!! I love them but not this location!! They just lost a loyal customer!! Bad management!!!

I usually come to this one because it’s the closet one to my house , but in the dinner time I’m not coming here . It felt like I was at McDonald’s. They answered the speaker rudely . They were playing on the head set . I told them what I wanted . Got to the window and they were still playing around . No one was really focused . I asked them for sauce they said there was some , there was not , I asked for straws and they said they don’t remember if they gave us any . ( we had 2 drinks ) they gave me 7 straws . And the lady at window thought she was being cute and funny to the other co workers by giving me 7 straws . I won’t be coming here again … sad part is the manager was watching them play around .

This is my first time ever complaining about Chick-fil-A, but my salad was terrible. Went through the drive-through. Everything went great till I got to my office sat down started opening my salad., salad cheese were very large and bulky, I tried to speak to a manager right after I saw it. Nobody would answer the phone. I did get a message that they are very busy.

It’s been about 12 years enjoying Chick-fil-A‘s salads except for today.
