The food was decent but I had asked for a cookies and cream milkshake and one of the workers told me there wasn’t any but my friend who was next to me ordered the same milkshake and she got it

Decent enough food, but the staff are either rude or way too short staffed
food was okay, not as good as any other chick-fil-a, got my order wrong, i asked for a fruit cup instead of fries the worker said "NO" really aggressive, but still charged me for it. i also asked for grilled nuggets and got fried nuggets. Big manager guy was yelling at everyone including customers. you can tell it was some of the team members first day and some of them were really nervous and when one of them tried to help the manager get orders out like he yelled "NO DON'T DO THAT" really loud at something they attempted to do to help. There was no hospitality at all.

The CFA at UTD doesn’t take cash, even when all other places in the food court do. They don’t have a sign either, so the only way to find out is by standing in line 10 minutes.If the fountain drinks are non-operational, the CFA staff will still sell you a drink. And while the drink fountain belongs to UTD Dining, the CFA staff won’t give you a warning before charging you. It’s happened to me more than once.Lastly, they have a very strict and limiting cap on how many sauces you can get, no matter what you order.The food is reliably alright, so I’ll give them a star. I wish there were more options.
