The CFA at UTD doesn’t take cash, even when all other places in the food court do. They don’t have a sign either, so the only way to find out is by standing in line 10 minutes. If the fountain drinks are non-operational, the CFA staff will still sell you a drink. And while the drink fountain belongs to UTD Dining, the CFA staff won’t give you a warning before charging you. It’s happened to me more than once.Lastly, they have a very strict and limiting cap on how many sauces you can get, no matter what you order. The food is reliably alright, so I’ll give them a star. I wish there were more options.

Normal chick fil a. Nothing much to say it's just chick fil a food.Service is pretty fast for a campus food court. Also sometimes they give you free food if you go close to closing time.Parking: This is a University campus. Need to pay for parking in most spots.

Honestly, I’m not into fast food, unless it’s tacos ? but I kept hearing how good the new chicken pimento sandwich was. The hype is true!! Like all Chick-fil-As, this one is efficient (they can move the line with precision) and the team is friendly (can’t resist that “my pleasure”). But the sandwich—MAN!!! It is that good!! Perfect pimento cheese, jalapeños aren’t too hot, and the honey takes it to the next level!!!! It’s the perfect combination of flavors. I went for the grilled chicken; eldest child had the fried chicken. (And eldest doesn’t like pimento cheese or jalapeños, but they enjoyed this.) Both sandwiches were fantastic!!

I've been to this chick fil a 4 times with week and every time I went this fries were soggy and WET! I even did them the favor of telling them hopefully they fix the issue. Luckily the nuggets were perfectly crispy.

Refusing to cook nuggets well done any longer because they don't have time. Holds up the line. What's the excuse when I am inside eating? Bye

My go to place on campus if I ever skip breakfast from home. All sorts of options to choose from.
It's a Chick-fil-a, it's about what you expect from UTD food. I'm usually not one to complain about customer service, but it's bad. Worst by the fact it took them so long to get any nuggets while people behind me got their sandwiches first. You'll be better off getting food from the Panda Express next to it. Customer service is about the same, but you can at least get your food quickly and for more value.

I was actually going to eat here but then it smelled so bad. I think this restaurant has a problem I'm not sure.I'm sure they're in there praying over their food but I don't know if they're actually clean the place. Also it seems like half the people that were serving food here breathe through their mouth. For me that just makes me feel a bit weird

What does University of Texas and Chick-fil-A have in common? They're both good at what they do. In this case feeding a lot of exceptional budding techies excellent chicken Sammies!Excellent Chicken Sandwich as usual.

Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A I can already expect something’s messed up. Parfait with no toppings, deluxe sandwich with no lettuce, but cobb salad with no nuggets bruh?? I hate this school.
