We ordered food for my family of 6. The female employee tells us they are closing at 9:00 p.m. We begin eating at 8:50 p.m. She then tells us we need to be out of the restaurant by 9:15 p.m. She begins cleaning like she’s mad. She then tells us to leave our trash on the table. All in all, I did not enjoy my food with all of her comments while I ate. I didn’t even get a drink refill. She was so rude. I have never been treated like this at a Chick-fil-A. This was my first time at this Chick-fil-A.

This is the third time my muffin sandwich has been burned. I’m honestly frustrated and disappointed—it’s unacceptable to spend money and get food that’s clearly not made with care. I really hope the store manager is aware of this issue and takes it seriously. Starting my day with a terrible breakfast like this just completely ruined my mood.

This Chik Fil A is some Grade A garbage! This place is run by incompetent teenagers who can’t handle more than 6 people being in the store. My online order wasn’t ready despite being placed 20 minutes beforehand, then they let two people cut in front of me, and by the time I had finally gotten the order they forgot all the drinks. At least read whats on the order before you send it out! Literally first grade level requirement.

Ordered on the app 1:48 it’s currently 2:08 and my app order still isn’t ready. Get told that my order got lost after standing there for a good min. I was giving the correct drink, so how in the world did my order get lost if they knew my drink???

I'm trying to eat healthy, but I'd just had a market salad a couple of days prior. Spicy sandwich w/o my usual (pepperjack). I forgot to ask for no salt on my waffle fries, so I gave them to my boys to fight over. I should have asked to sub a Kale Crunch salad for the fries, but we were running errands, and i needed portable food to eat on the go. It's consistently good so no complaints from us! I love their mac & cheese but didn't order it.
