We visited during an off-peak time, and it wasn’t too busy. We enjoyed the food, and our kids always look forward to receiving their toys with the kids’ meals. However, the toys were forgotten this time, and we had to ask for them. Thankfully, the staff provided them after my child requested them.

The playground area tends to get busy, and there were children yelling and running inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, their parents didn’t seem too concerned about managing the noise.

Overall, a decent experience, but some small improvements could make it better.

Second time this has happened. I am celiac, and Chick fil a is one of the few places that is USUALLY safe, but not this location. I repeated multiple times that I have a gluten allergy and want a grilled sandwhich w a gluten free bun, and that I cannot have any cross contamination. This is the second time they have given me a breaded sandwhich. Very disappointing!

I went through the drive through this morning , I gave them my name Sam . I come to this location every morning , this was the first time I was asked how to spell it , then I get to the window and give the lady my money and letting her know to scan my points with my phone , she ignored that and said oh here is your receipt. Like I told you before you cashed me out . Laziness is so unprofessional . I’ve never experience it here . I go get my food, I got the grilled chicken breakfast sandwich meal and it look like a half a chicken breast cut in half .. my muffin was burnt yes black and burnt . The hash brown box barely was full like are you guys counting the hash browns!??? If you are cutting things in half be sure the price is cut in half as well . It’s one thing to be the best but if it’s not consistent none of that matters . The lesson here: don’t burn the muffins .. don’t give out small chicken breast on breakfast sandwiches and fill the bash brown box up completely ! Scan the customer phone when they ask you to ! Especially if they ask before you take the payment!!!!

I was absolutely devastated by the shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. When my coworker went through the drive-thru to pick up my online order, the employee was so visibly irritated... Not only did my coworker get eye rolls, but she was also bombarded with snarky, condescending comments for simply doing what the online ordering system was literally designed for—picking up our food "through the drive-thru" option. Why even have a drive-thru option then?

One of the staff was rude and unprofessional. When my coworker went through the drive-thru to pick up my online order, she was met with eye rolls and snarky comments. And since when is it a problem to pick up more than one order, especially when we're paying for our food? The whole experience was frustrating, and it's making me seriously question whether I'll return.

Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-a. Staff at this location have always been friendly. Only minor complaint is that during busy peak hours, like lunch, the drive through and parking lot get really backed up and can have a line of cars that lead out onto the street. This can make it difficult to get in line or even enter the lot to try and dine in, but otherwise no other complaints!

I miss the days when Chick-fil-A didn't think so highly of itself. Extra crispy fries aren't that big of an ask. This location like so many others refuses to do special orders, even when the volume of business at the moment would easily allow for it.

I was feeling under the weather, decided to try the chicken noodle soup. Definitely a good soup, only thing, it could use some chicken “Chicken noodle soup” there was only one piece of chicken, a small square.

I went through the drive thru in the morning and the first thing they asked was my name, which I gave them. My name is Adrian but for some random reason or maybe just because I'm Mexican they put Pedro as my name on the receipt. I understand that maybe they didn't catch my name but they also described the car I'm driving on the receipt. There was no line so they didn't mix up the name. Why didn't they just go by the car described. I will be coming back to this location trying not speak so mexican,using other accents just to see if I get my name right. Vote for Pedro?
