Went through the drive-thru and tried to order breakfast and a milkshake and the guy taking the orders was being a smart butt telling me the didn’t have them. When I was paying I asked the guy for strawberry jam and he said “ok”. After I get my order I looked in the bag and no jam, I go inside and ask a young lady for it and as she was getting it for me another lady steps in and says “we have some over there on the condiment table you can get it yourself” customer service is non existent at this chick fil a. I’ll give them a zero star if I could.

Bad reviews are a bunch of crap. Each time I come to this chic fil a during work, the staff is much friendlier, faster, and care much more than the ones nearby my house. Very personable and kind each time I come by. Food is great. I usually don’t leave a fast food place remembering my experiences, but this time I definitely did. (I work in food & customer service too guys yall killing it out there out there 😭✌️)

Not a very good experience. I ordered with a young lady at the front counter named Grace seemed very nice. Seem as if she had the job down packed. I asked her were they still serving breakfast. She said no there’s no more breakfast food; fine! I then order my lunch food. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal/ fries no pickles, no salt so I knew that I had to wait. As I waited for my fries that was supposed to be no salt which meant they would’ve been fresh. I hear the words sausage biscuits over and over as I sit there for another maybe five minutes I hear a lady say “no more breakfast food! breakfast food is all gone.” I did let Grace know that I’m aware that they just ran out of breakfast and that I’m upset because I didn’t get to order breakfast. I remain kind to grace although I was furious. I get my order and the fries are room temperature. They aren’t salty, but they are room temperature and they even left me a hash brown at the bottom of my waffle fries. How nice of you guys I won’t be back. This makes zero sense if Grace didn’t know that they were still serving breakfast then Grace should’ve asked a manager or a cook instead of just writing off breakfast as if it wasn’t an option at that time. Don’t just give me the short end of the stick and that’s exactly what I feel like I got I won’t be back
I dont understand why yall are the only location that cant change hashbrowns for frys in the morning time when other locations do it . Then your parking lot is just a mess so much confusion and frustration. Definitely will stay away from this location

Wanted to take the time to write my true appreciation for Jackie at this location. This lady is an absolute gem and went above and beyond with her service - you guys have a good one with her. She insisted on helping me carry a big catering order to my car and got to chat with her for about 5 minutes. 10/10 person and service!!! Food was also amazing and right on time!
