Such friendly people! Went to pick up my order and the manager I think who was working the to-go orders counter was extremely nice. Another man held the door open for me coming in. Omg, everyone was so sweet.

First time trying Chili's! It was great. Servers were great. A couple times I did have to flagged them down with requests but I appreciated that they gave me and my friends time to catch up with no interruptions! Definitely coming back :)

Can't say enough good things about our visit. Drinks were fast, appetizers were fast, food was fast, desert was fast, drinks refilled fast, minor mistakes were made with our order but they were corrected extremely fast. Food was hot and delicious. Staff was extremely kind and eager to please. 10 out of 10, 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, would recommend.

We came today at chilis and our server Briana was very nice, fast, and overall a really great server, best customer experience ever and I would definitely comeback!

Great food. Fantastic workers. Took my family out for lunch. Try the wings, classic Ribeye, Surf & Turf. Delicious. Service could be faster but in all it was a great time. I would definitely visit again.

Food was excellent. Derek was our waiter. He was very nice and attentive but not extra. I'll definitely go back. Atmosphere gets a 5... but it was loud from people and a lot of overall ambient noise... it eventually quieted down around 8:45. I got the $3 extra fries loaded with cheese, etc... the extras were a little light. Waiter brought plenty of extra to make up for it.
