Luis Flores went above and beyond providing the best customer service, to counter erect the manager Fidel from ruining our breakfast telling us we were not able to have our service federal animal that alerts me when to take my medication, and go outside to eat our food. I told the manager to call the police immediately rite now, this minute on this very second!! He said NO! I said of course you’re not! You’re playing with my health and I can’t sit outside due to my condition. Then my friend had issues with her food it being to spicy because of her MS, and I spoke with Luis Flores about the food, being to spicy for her, he didn’t hesitate to promptly replace it with equal or better to make up for the inconvenience we were put through. He made it up by handling the food himself ensuring she had no spices in her food. She was very happy!!! The FOOD was AMAZING!!! I believe this store should have service animal education. Because, it is very unfair that when people are disabled still have to go through unexpected unesessary curve balls, when we are simply coming to eat. Thank you again, Luis Flores!!! I will definitely be coming back just because of you and the food!

Their customer service is unmatched!!. I came and got my favorite bowl at 9:55PM and they were so sweet even willing to make more green sauce. They close at 10 and they always treat me friendly regardless!! Rate 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend!!!

Had eyed this place down for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger. Ordered Blackened shrimp nachos and they were great. Generous amount of queso, and the shrimp had a delicious smoky flavor. One of the workers Ida recommended the Tortilla Fried Catfish special in line, I’m usually not a catfish fan but it was soooo good. Highly recommend this place, nice staff too!

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible customer service. They have teens working the line who don’t have a clue about the food. They will not give you the correct food you ask for—or they won’t include it in your bag at all.
You are better off at going to Chipotle.

I love the breakfast burritos!! I've had the kids and adult size burritos. I haven't tried lunch or dinner menus. What does it for me are the potatoes and cilantro. I also appreciate the free chips and drink.
2/6/26: I just had a chicken street taco. It was delicious. This has become one of my favorite spots to eat!

The food was good but not great. The chips were a little hard and the salsa was more like mild picante. But they also have jalapeno ranch, which was good abd a slasa verde we didn't try.I had the grilled avocado with chicken fajita meat. It was good. Counter service but they bring the food to your table. Would go again.

We are regulars here and always receive great service and food. BUT what is with the music choice?? It’s early 2000s obscure, teenage girl pop. Can we listen to anything better, please?

A more expensive chipotle. Tastes a bit better but is almost twice the price. I rarely eat here and when I do I walk away angry with the receipt.

The way I demolished their Grilled Avocados with fajita chicken should be a crime. This is some of the best food I’ve had since being in Dallas. Their staff is very friendly as well 10/10

First time here because of TikTok, but I didn’t like it. The meat had a really strong char taste that overpowered everything, and the guacamole was icy. The overall flavor just wasn’t there for me. Chipotle and Qdoba definitely taste better and have more consistent quality.
