Ordered a Barbacoa Bowl online. When I got home, there was NO BARBACOA AT ALL in the bowl (the rest of the items were ok, though). Someone(s) not paying attention! Close to 50% of the orders I've gotten here recently have been wrong in some degree.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. The staff seemed rushed, impatient, and showed very little courtesy toward customers. Instead of allowing us a moment to consider food options, they hurried us through the process and made us feel like we were an inconvenience for simply being there.
The team displayed rude behavior and lacked basic customer service etiquette. Their attitude—looking at customers with irritation and arguing instead of offering a simple apology—was unacceptable.
If this is how Chipotle chooses to treat its customers, don’t be surprised when they choose not to come back. A little patience and respect go a long way in customer service, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here.

This is the best-run Chipotle in north Texas. They are consistently great. We eat here all the time. I’m writing this review today, because through no fault of their own, they fixed my mistake. We accidentally ordered the wrong item, so we were missing a meal. They swapped it out no questions asked, even told us to keep the misfit burrito. They made it right when it wasn’t their fault. Awesome employees that are always helpful and seemingly happy. Thanks guys.

The food is great, however, my one chief complaint is everytime I come in the tables are dirty, the floor needs to be swept and the drink table needs to be wiped down. As someone who has worked in the food industry I know things get busy but in those few minutes of downtime everything needs to be cleaned, stocked and straightened before standing around.

Placed an online order picked it up got back to work only to find half the amount of food I am used to. Not cool bro you would think for 14 bucks I could at least get the normal amount. Let’s do better Chiplote.

The lack of costumer service is beyond. My husband made a mobile order for the both of us his order was fine and mine was missing rice like who forgets rice ??? I understand if you are busy but im paying for this my quesadillas had barely cheese was straight up chicken only and i came back i asked who made it and the people working there laughed im like i get its EFFING RICE its infuriating bc youd think your order is correct and you have to double check. But the fact that your employee laughed at my face is beyond disrespectful! If you dont want to work here then dont ! Or Chipotle ceo do better

This is the worst chipotle location I’ve encountered as someone who’s loved chipotle for 15+ years. The food is generally “ok” but almost always cold. Tonight among other issues with our order, there was a large bone in my burrito. The lack of customer service makes the food experience take a huge hit. For example, the receipt clearly says chicken burrito and double wrapped. I didn’t check the bag before leaving, my fault, and they made a burrito bowl instead. My husband took it back with the receipt because he really wanted a burrito. When he asked them to put it in a tortilla the staffs reaction was basically like he had severely inconvenienced them. Mind you, it’s about 8pm and the store was not busy at all. It’s insane that you have to talk them into giving you the order you actually paid for (almost $20 burrito..). I almost never leave reviews but this was frustrating enough to write one after several below average experiences at this location.
