“So surprised by this place. I love the purpose here but I was also blown away by their coffee. I had a cold brew with cream and it was wonderful. Not acidic or bitter. Just right. I also bought a bag of the espresso blend they roast in house. it was one of the best local blends I’ve ever had. It’s fresh and the espresso shot comes out perfect every time. Makes the perfect at home latte, better than most coffee places. They were very warm and welcoming and happy to make recommendations. This is where I’ll get my whole bean coffee from now on.“

“This is a local wholesale coffee roaster. It is quite possibly the tastiest coffee I have ever had. I purchased several bags of whole beans for gifts & my espresso machine. The staff is so friendly! Highly recommend & I will be back.“

“I've been ordering whole bean (delivery) from White Rock for close to a year now. I grind my own beans at home for espresso, pour-over, drip, and the occasional overnight cold brew. Their beans always arrive promptly, recently roasted, and in good condition. Very tasty (northern italian espresso is my favorite) product and the staff answered questions I had when trying to settle on a selection. Highly recommend.“

“I was in the area for work and didn't realize there was a WRC nearby. Boss Lady and I have a coffee subscription, since we don't live close to one (please build one in Rockwall county🙏🏽).
Got myself a cold brew, black... like God intended. It was chocolatey and delicious! The staff were very friendly and attentive. If y'all are in the area... come here if you love great coffee!“

“Excellent roasters with the best coffee around. They compete with other top roasters across the nation but they tend to be better priced and they are local! Seriously can’t get better coffee in Dallas. All of their staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful! This is their roastery so don’t expect a cafe with tables to hang out. However, I do recommend checking it out - it’s a great experience!“
