It’s our first time trying this restaurant hoping for something different. The food has large servings and can be shared which explains the prices. We ordered regular lunch dishes and not very satisfied. Steak is kinda chewy and so are the squid. We should have ordered the ceviches which looked good from another table. It’s not bad though, it’s just that I expected to be wowed when I entered. Maybe next time we’ll try the ceviche and then can edit my review

Absolutely amazing Peruvian food they even have Inca Kola. The atmosphere was authentic with Peruivan music and decor. I ordered Chicharron de Calamar as an appetizer and Tallarin verde con Bistek for entrée.

I've had Peruvian food before on my travels is actually good 👍 was traveling trough Dallas and decided to try this restaurant. I usually order the same aji de gallina I was told they were out of that dish. very surprised because that's actually their signature dish, with the lomo saltado. The meat on the lomo saltado was very tough, hard meat they need better quality beef buy some prime rib eye or at list sirloin. So I won't be going back

Cuzco Cuisine in Richardson is a true gem. The food is incredibly fresh, authentic, and full of flavor—every dish we tried was a hit. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere had a great vibe that made us feel right at home. It's the perfect place for lunch, dinner, or just a casual night out. Easily the best Peruvian restaurant in the Dallas area. Highly recommend!

The food was not exactly what I expected. Of course they can improve and I asked for many food they didn't have.
