Cuzco Cuisine in Richardson is a true gem. The food is incredibly fresh, authentic, and full of flavor—every dish we tried was a hit. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere had a great vibe that made us feel right at home. It's the perfect place for lunch, dinner, or just a casual night out. Easily the best Peruvian restaurant in the Dallas area. Highly recommend!
Food is really good, only thing, their specialty "drinks" are way over priced

They have the best Ceviche in Dallas! The Ceviche Carretillero is my go-to—it’s always so flavorful. Today, though, the chilly weather called for something warm, so I ordered the Menestrón, and it was delicious! My friends ordered the Chupe de Camarones, and absolutely loved it. Highly recommend this place for Peruvian food!
