OMG!!! We will never visit a corporate owner Dickies ever again. We are thoroughly disgusted with the decline of the Dickies on 14th street in Plano. Based on the reviews for this Richardson location we decided to give Dickies another try. Why didn't we do this sooner????? The food....super fresh!!! Service.....best we have ever received at any Dickies. They also have waffle fries, AND the square buiscuts/rolls that the corporate stores quit serving!!!! We have a new favorite BBQ spot!!!!

my family and i have been coming here almost every sunday after church for over 10 years. we have probably eaten here over 100 times. the food is great, the customer service is better. over the years we’ve seen a lot of the same familiar (and super friendly!) faces.
