This is the second time I order from this location. The only reason I order from dominos is the garlic seasoning they put on the crust. I requested it both times. But times it wasnt seasoned. 🤔

Yall definitely suck I don’t understand why you have a genuine team lead making all these pizzas and running the restaurant by himself with only his delivery guys at night before close get better and do better dominoes. y’all clearly don’t care about you’re crew and as a fast food worker I was beyond disappointed in what I walked in. he had my food done after my long shift but had at least 7 orders to do + walk ins +25 min waits since this restaurant can’t set a stable night. Disappointed. But had a good team lead in hand but not to the point where he needed this on his back without help👎🏼 disgusted

I tried to let them make it right, but I ended up even more disappointed. I ordered 3 pizzas at lunchtime on a Thursday, and they arrived cold, raw and the “cheese” had a truly pathetic amount of cheese on it. I called right away thinking I would ask to get the cheese re-made, and the guy told me “I’ll just credit your order”. I asked if he meant he would credit the whole order, and he said yes, and it would take a few days to see the credit. I waited 8 days for that to happen (it didn’t) so I called them. The guy that answered told me “sorry, it’s been too long. I can’t do anything.” I asked if there was someone else I could talk to, and he said “no, the manager will be here after 5”. I asked if they were going to call me, and he said “no, you need to call back”. They don’t care to do it right the first time, and they don’t care to make it right later, so I’m not ordering from here again. You can if you are craving a sorry looking/tasting pizza.

So this review is only for the location on Plano rd in Richardson. The staff seemed very disorganized and lacked communication. I made a large order and the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house and completed the order in the system prior to actually delivering the food. I had to go to the store and ask where the driver was and he was still out for delivery even though it said it was completed. Then they said I was good to go, but I stayed on a hunch and thank God I did because it was delivered to the wrong address. So we had to end up staying and waiting for a new order. And!! I'm having a hard time getting through to customer service to file my complaint to get my delivery fee back
