Problems with past 3 orders. Barely any toppings on pizza. Might as well been cheese pizza. Also missing certain toppings like this time no olives. This is the second time I got spinach pizza with tomato sauce and I didn’t ask fo it. No one wears gloves. Train your employees better. Waste of my money. I’ve been ordering at this location for 3 years and something has changed. I don’t care what excuses I will no longer order from this location.

My order took almost 1 hour to deliver. The free emergency pizza they subsequently offered is not truly free unless you want to pick it up yourself, even though ads for the emergency pizza clearly show the being delivered.

This location is very bad. They messed up my order and their customer service is very bad. They promised me credit for the next time. When I called after three weeks to use the credit, another person said they couldn’t find in their system and can’t give me credit.

Ordered carry out here on a Friday evening and was very underwhelmed by the pizza and the wings. My roommate opened the barbecue wings box and was shocked that it was as if they just put some bbq sauce on some barely cooked wings. Pizza toppings were divided oddly and not evenly, although we had ordered some toppings to be put on certain halves. Pizza was hot, so that's a plus and it was ready during the window that was promised.

It’s seems like every time I order a pizza at this location, they either get it wrong, or don’t care. Last time they sent my pizza out cold after it sat in their heater for almost an hour, then when I got it, it was only sliced on one half with hardly any ingredients. This time, they overlooked my request to have NO garlic seasoning on crust. I order it this way every time, and when I called and spoke to “manager” Xavier, he said that he doesn’t blame them for the mistake. Because they often have that request and overlook it due to being busy. Except in my case the request isn’t for no reason, it’s due to an allergy. Up until then he was brushing off my issue and making it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. He didn’t understand that it could become an emergency complication that could result in a law suit to dominos, and him, since he was the acting manager and did not care. I asked for a refund and he said they could only give a credit. Why do I need a credit if I don’t plan on spending my money there any longer? Then he refused to give me his general managers information so that I could escalate it to her. Very under trained, and unprofessional.
