My everything bagel egg sandwich was bad. It looked like it was getting moldy and tasted moldy. It was horrible.

This location is horrible. The sandwiches are always made sloppy and they always get my simple order wrong, every single time. I will not be coming back to this location and highly advise anyone else to find a better location as well. This location should just be shut down for its horrible customer service and food experience.

Sunday, 10/12/2025 I purchased 4 bagels in your store and took my previous receipt of which YOU KEPT that shows the code number assigned. The code awarded me 2 free bagels for completing your survey. When I checked my bag, there were only the 4 bagels that I ordered and paid for - NO 2 FREE BAGELS for which I earned. I am very disappointed.

Always love going to this Einstein bros. The employees are friendly. We have reached the point where they see me walk in and start preparing my order before I even get to the register. The location is also very convenient as there aren’t any other bagel places nearby.

I've only been to this place twice, 1st time they didn't get the spread on there, 2nd time my wife came home from the hospital with CANCER and all she wanted was some of your stuff and yall just completely left out the spread! I ordered a whole tub since yall obviously can't get it right and still didn't! So this is how yall treat people? Hope this place shuts down

Wish when restaurants open , they keep the same quality food that they have in order to get the customers. Brisket use to be my favorite bagel now they are serving old Brisket, as if they are putting water on it and warming it back up from the day before. The bagels are also old . They said they make the bagels daily . They also said they have changed to a different Brisket. I know re warmed food when I taste it . Trying to cut costs but doing it off the back of the hardworking customers who are patronizing their establishment. Please do better!

This shop is where I come most often. Staff and manager Stephanie are all so sweet. I’ve seen acts of kindness for others as well. Shop is clean. Food always hot and good. Coffee fresh.
