I tried the Coco Cloud Matcha (hope I got the name right), and it was surprisingly very good! I originally thought the “coco” meant chocolate foam on top, but it actually refers to coconut water underneath. It was refreshing and well-balanced. I just wish there were short descriptions for each drink on the menu.

The matcha itself wasn’t too sweet but the strawberry puree was sweet.
The rose milk tea was okay.

Overprice matcha, prices not clear they don’t make it clear as they say they do….. many other reviews on there page say this too.
Great stop in the Richardson area for some coffee and matcha!! Also has a cool little area you can walk along with other places to grab a bite or a beer!

Coffee was disappointingly average, but priced like something special. Hard to justify paying nearly double what you’d spend at Starbucks when the quality is noticeably worse.
The atmosphere didn’t help—pretty mediocre, nothing that makes you want to stay or come back. Service was also frustratingly slow. Orders took far too long to prepare, especially given how simple they were, while staff seemed more focused on their own conversations than on customers.
Overall, nothing here supports the price point. Not sure how this place manages to stay in business.

I love the calm vibes of this place and while the drinks are a bit pricey i loved the flavors and options available. I also fell in love with vitnamese coffee thanks to this place. Looking forward to coming back.

I was recommend this place for their matcha and it's good! It's a little pricey but that's understandable for high quality matcha. The sweetness is inconsistent across lattes so it's hard to guess how much sweetness to get. I've had a kitkat matcha which was SUPER sweet and their banana matcha which didn't taste much like anything and was not sweet at all. Their workers are super nice though and it's in a very pretty part of town!

I’m giving this place three stars because it was honestly WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! I got a regular latte, my husband a large plus two pieces of bread. Total came out to $32 dollars!!! I mean, I still don’t understand how we ended up paying this much for coffee and bread! 😅 The girl at the counter was super sweet, though! That would be the only highlight. Coffee was just average. 😬

Decent coffee shop in Richardson CityLine area with easy access to DART trains. No problem with the coffee shop but the pricing is insane. A small coffee is $3.75 (fine) but a large is $5.75? For a black coffee? And then there's a mandatory 25¢ transaction fee on top of that with no option to pay cash so why not just include it in the menu prices? Love the location but I can't afford to come back to a place that charges $6 pre-tax for a black coffee.

It took a while for me to find my go-to coffee shop in Richardson, but Elevated has become that.
Elevated nails everything: quality coffee (the Vietnamese milk coffee is incredible), consistency, welcoming atmosphere, and fantastic staff.
There’s a certain blonde barista whose constant smile could probably be classified as a renewable energy source. Always a pleasant way to start the morning.
Highly recommend.

Enjoyed their elevated milk tea with boba at 70% sugar. Not as sweet as other shops at the same level, so keep that in mind when adjusting sweetness. Location is awesome especially with those lights outside around holiday season.
