Brown Sugar Iced Milk Tea đ§ is a great afternoon treat!
Unfortunately my drink was made incorrectly or measurements were âeyeballedâ. I had ordered the brown sugar milk tea and it was just milk - no tea, with the brown sugar syrup which tasted awful!
I have this drink at least once a week and this drink was not a milk tea.
Quite disappointed since I had this ordered via Ubereats for a total of $15 for one drink, on top of that I couldnât have this remade since it was an Ubereats order.
Fast service and super kind staff! Great boba spot highly recommend.
My favorite place to get mochi donuts!!
The service is great, large area to sit, and the mochi donuts are delish, but the atmosphere is not the vibe. For a Boba place next to a college and high school, the music often is depressing and not the best fit for friends wanting to hang out and have a good time, or even just study. Other than that, this place would be great
Tried the matcha tea with Taro cream and it was incredible!!!! This place has the best combination of flavors :) also tried their taro boba tea last time and it was just as good! Canât wait to be back for more!
Very accommodating for our journal club with lots of space! I had the chocolate banana smoothie and it was fantastic. Will definitely be returning!
So disappointing. My daughter was there to pick up and online order and when she walked in to pick up not a single person behind the counter acknowledged her! She patiently waited but she watched as others were attended to before her, all of whom were not there before her. My daughter is a minor and she loves to go to the counter and pick up our online orders, however, this experience has left her feeling discouraged from picking up any future orders.

I absolutely love the boba tea here for the price. The mochi donuts are also very good.

The baristas are so nice and the donuts are great! The drinks are okay. Their matcha is not good but the teas are pretty good. Everything is VERY sweet though and there's no way to make it less sweet. Also, they forgot the boba in my drink and I didn't realize it until after I'd left. :(
