I've tried many feng cha in other places but this place is dirty, and my drinks taste like water

I love Feng Cha but this particular one is horrible about DoorDash/online orders. Might as well order inside because it takes the same time—forever. They don’t start the order until I’m here waiting for several minutes every time. Like not even prep the cups with the toppings or anything. And there is absolutely zero hustle whether there is a long line or not. I get waiting 10-15 minutes when there’s a line but when it’s a ghost town and all the ingredients are already prepped for the day, it shouldn’t take that long. It’s just scooping and I can literally see then moving sloth speed. Every other Feng Cha I’ve been to has been great but since the ownership of the franchise switched hands, it’s gone downhill.

Update: I’ve come back. I got my drink comped bc the first one wasn’t made properly and it was really good. I ordered a black milk tea this time. 25% sweet. Will come back to this location!!!
Old review: The service was amazing . She was a great host, but the drink she made was absolutely garbage waste of six bucks. I will not be coming back to feng cha This is my second negative encounter with feng cha locations. Unfortunately I just don’t know exactly what’s wrong with the drink making process here. The sweetness was perfect level, but the milk tasted old and the Boba was not fresh. Again fantastic service.

I've always loved coming here for their delicious cheese foam and desserts and thus racked up points to use. When I tried to redeem my points today, with instructions from the cashier, I was told this location's POS system doesn't always read the QR code correctly thus unable to use my discount. Luckily the points don't expire even after "redeeming." I was recommended to go to another location to redeem points next time. In the moment, we didn't think to order on the app instead. How about you fix your POS or add a redemption code?

Phenomenal experience going here. Not many know, but if you just ask you can technically customize your drink. What we have here is a matcha latte with strawberry purée + strawberry popping boba
The workers were very nice and even offered delicious samples! There were lots of options and toppings drinkwise (I didnt get "food" js a drink) I got a mango drink with mango popping boba, it was amazinggg, also nice interior, with chill lighting with a calm vibe. Definrtly reccomended!

Absolutely love Feng Cha! I've tried Boba tea at many places, but I always find myself coming back here, even though it's a bit far from my place. My favorite is their Taro Milk Boba Tea - it's just perfect every time! The drinks are always delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth the trip!
