Philly steak sandwich was pretty bad very disappointing won't be a returning customer overall not satisfying with this franchise.

Of course if I could rate a 0 MOST DEFINITELY WOULD BE! First time here never had firehouse subs. I walked after a long day at work,did not receive a greeting. Walked to the register still didn’t get met with a greeting. And of course you know the rest I just walked out no questions asked. Will never refer or come here for anything.
Needs to update store hours as it closes at 9
Always good. My fave sub shop. All the ones I’ve been to have been consistently good. Can’t ask for anything more in a chain sub shop. But sometimes the soda machine runs out of syrup.

I really enjoy this restaurant. The food is always consistently delicious. The service is great as well. I love their fountain machine the choices seem limitless.
Vegetarian options: Veggie Subs exist and salads ? ?

I had a tuna sub but it was very skimpy on the tuna. Would not order again. Hopefully other sandwiches have more protein!
