First Chinese BBQ offers incredibly authentic Cantonese-style dishes. Although cash-only, the excellent pricing makes up for it. It is a favorite spot for many in the Dallas area, especially for their roasted duck, char siu, and roasted pork with crackling. While parking might be a challenge, the delicious flavors and consistency make it worth the visit.
