Awesome place to get fish and chips. First time here and I enjoyed the food. I ordered the bangers and mash, small fish and chips, and onions rings. All the food seems to be made in house which is another plus. They also have a cool store attached that has snacks/foods from the UK.

Excellent chip shop -- now my favorite in the US. The chips are the real deal: crispy exterior, soft interior, appropriate thickness, and perfect saltiness. As for the fish, it can be easily cut with a fork (no knife needed), and its batter is crisp but not oily. The classic seasonings -- tartar, malt vinegar, lemon -- really draw out different flavors of the dish. I love that the classic accoutrements can also be found here: mushy peas, baked beans, curry sauce. So rare to find all three of these. Little did I know the eyes are bigger than the stomach, because the large fish & chips PLUS all three of these sides was too much for me to finish. In retrospect, 1 small fish & chips + 2 sides is likely appropriate for dining solo, or 2 small fish & chips + 3 sides across two very hungry diners. Can't wait to return! The UK shop next door is also a cool spot to check out - has Cadbury, Walkers, and various/classic British memorabilia.

We got a gluten free fish and chips and the batter was light and my wife was happy! If you get an upset stomach after eating heavily fried fish like me then eat here! Your stomach will thank you!

Very small overcrowded place. There were no table available but 2 gentleman vacated their table for us to sit. We were denied seating stating it will hinder their servers (I was on a wheelchair). They were very direct and somewhat rude. I was taken aback and surprised to be honest. Since we were refused seating, we opted for take out. Their food a bit too salty and oily for my taste. If you have special needs like a disability I would avoid this place, not all welcoming friendly type business.

Ordered the large fish and chips. This was a to go order. The fries were large and cooked just right, just a little salt on them. They were very good. The fish was good but, it did need some seasoning. The restaurant is very small, limited seating. The restaurant also has a little store that sells food products from the UK, part of the reason why the restaurant had few tables. The food came out quickly but, it was placed in boxes, probably not the best for hot food with fries. I would recommend eating there than to go. Just a warning, the large order is a lot. Good for sharing or a very hungry person.

This place is an amazing fish and chips place, with carefully breaded and salted fish, and soft fries. The ketchup is a bit annoying, as it's in a glass bottle, but it's not that bad. They even add little crisps of dough on your meal. Overall a great place.Kid-friendliness: They have kids menus and little huts that you can sit in.Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables that are wheelchair friendly.

Hands down always the best fish & chips! You can't go wrong with the onion rings either!

Perfectly cooked piece of cod with chips! Staff was very friendly, wait time for a table didn't seem too long when you're exploring the shop attached to the restaurant. Lots of condiments, chocolates and treats to shop for.

My wife and I went there for the 1st time last month, been back twice since then. We drove 30 miles on the recommendation of a friend..Best 'authentic' English fish & chips in the DFW area. We have been to the U.K. many, many times and really missed GOOD fish and chips. There are a couple in the DFW area that are close to being authentic, but these people have it 'spot on'.. Seating is a little 'squirrely' but now that we have it figured out, we don't mind the wait. The wait is WELL WORTH it...We live far enough away that it is a real 'treat' to go there !! They need to open a location in Northeast Tarrant county !!!

Fish and Fizz is a hidden gem located off Coit, between Beltline and Arapaho as cross streets. It is a great British dive with wonderful fish and chips. Not your ordinary battered fish. The fish is light, crispy and very flavorful. The steak fries definitely complete the meal. Their tarter sauce and vinegar are great add ons. The service was prompt. The servers were very friendly. The food came out hot and fresh. When you are done eating you can shop next door. The restaurant is attached to a cute British store .

I was searching for a good fish and chips in DFW and this place really hit the spot! The fish was fried to perfection with a high quality of fish not easily found in Texas. Two large orders with generous portions totaling out to $36 and some change. This was completely worth it! I was so hungry, I forgot to snap a photo but there are so many others posted but they still don't do the plates justice. Delicious!

Absolutely hands down the best fish and chips I've had! Fish was flaky, batter crispy and light, chips (fries) were crispy on the outside and fluffy without being dry on the inside. Very small seating area, try to go on an off time. We'll worth the wait though, we'll be back!

I wanted to love this place, but they didn't give me the opportunity, got here at 7:20 and they said they weren't serving anymore food to conserve for the rest of the week. I explained I wanted one meal and I lived over an hour away but it didn't seem to matter. They did let me buy a dessert Togo that I promised to my dad lol Food was still coming out of the kitchen the entire time I waited for the Togo dessert. Pretty disappointed don't know that I'll make it out here again, but have been excited to try it for a good year now
