Ate here months ago, paid full price. Customer service was good. Food was good.
Called today 12/4/2025, I received a “Valpak” coupon in the mail. Called about the deal on the front, girl answered the phone, was confused so she put someone else on the phone, guy on the phone, he was very rude, pushy, blamed Valpak saying it was a misprint, rushing to get off the phone. Whoever he was needs to learn some customer service skills. He then proceeded to say that he will let “corporate” know, and disconnected the call.

Food looked stale and like it had been sitting awhile the place was empty and when I called and asked if they had snow crab legs I was told yes but when I arrived they said no and honestly after walking around im scared to eat here they were preparing food on a table in the seating area not even the kitchen just all out in the open table area (what a health code violation)

The quality of shusi is the worst. On top that the rudeness of the employees are horrible. Very unprofessional service. The food tasted like old food from previous days or freezer. Waste of money.

DO NOT GO AFTER 7! The place seems great however I showed up at 7:30p and they close at 9:30 supposedly. The hibachi grill looks like it closes at 7p and they shut the ice cream machine down at 7:50. I had to race to get a cone before it closed even tho I was not ready for dessert. Non of the food was fresh at this point. The sushi was really warm, all the food was squishy from being over cooked and the seafood had been clearly sitting out for awhile out of everything I only felt comfortable trying a few things which was the opposite reason for coming out to a Buffett bu it’s my fault for showing up 2 hours before they closed expecting so of the food to be fresh or at least able to try the hibachi. If I would have known they really shut down at 7p I would have went else where instead of spending $21 for old food that may fight back later. I may come back during the day but I doubt it I would not be happy to waste $21 again. It’s up to you if you try it but be warned you better show up by 5 if you plan to enjoy yourself and take your time.

Food is always fresh and good. Theres always tables availanle even on a busy day, place is big plenty of room.
I had low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. The buffet line and dining room were both clean. The food was fresh and there were healthy options to pick out. Fresh white rice, grilled chicken, and a salad bar. The sushi and salad bar were fresh and had good temputure control. Pickled ginger and wasabi for the sushi was good too. Our waitress was nice and quick to take our plates. I would come back again.
