It is what it is. It is very nice to have in the neighborhood. Good fast food! Great menu with a smile. Nothing stuffy, just laid back, relaxed atmosphere with nice large portions.

Went by today at 7pm… not a single person in line. I stood there for almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. 2 guys appears to be busy with other stuff. One of them told me they would be right with me but I’m not sure how a place can be staffed, have 1 person in line and just basically ignore them for 5+ minutes. I finally just gave up and left. Pathetic service

I got the monster burrito, chicken, Spanish rice, fajita veggies, jalapeños, cilantro, mozzarella cheese, and chips, salsa and queso on the side. Very tasty! I used my rewards to get the chips and queso at no additional cost. My rewards have been there for a few years. I’m glad they were still there and my account was still active. I will be eating, Freebirds, more often!!!

Better than Chipotle!

Today was the first time my husband and I tried Freebirds. Great food and excellent service! Couldn't ask for much more than that.

You buy monster Bowl half empty this restaurant is joke. Food taste too old.

Since I found out about this I don't even go near Chipotle anymore. It's my favorite Mexican food! I definitely love it! And the prices are much cheaper and the quantity is much larger.

Meat was undercooked and caused me to get ill after eating at lunch today 😭

Came in today and I order she tried to skip me and then prepared a half bird for the price of a freebird this is crazy what is the proper size ..... smh
