Freebirds World Burrito

I have eaten at freebirds for 20+ years (starting elsewhere) and pricing has increased more than others

I’m really not the guy to complain much but I walked in and watched an employee clean the counters just to use the same rag to grab the bits of white rice and put it back into the serving dish. Disgusting. Please retrain your employees on food safety.

This use to be my favorite free birds due to the mgr. This visit was not welcoming and very uncomfortable. The mgr. Didn't smile or greet anyone and was very dry with his personality. I thought it was just to just me and my mom but it was too everyone that came into the restaurant. We were over charged. The meat was dry and not tasty. We will not be back.

Been eating there since the 90's when there was only one location, but since they sold to another company (that I believe also owns El Fenix). Quality has gone way down. Biggest part was going from hand grated Jack cheese that melts wonderfully to a thin graded processed cheese that doesn't.

I emailed them after I had three bad visits. No response for two months. I'll never go again.

Hadn't been to this location in a while.. The food quality/flavor is not that good, and the ratio of meat to other fillings tells me they're trying to save money.

OMG, this place was delicious. This was my first time ever going to a Freebirds. I ordered the nachos, the queso had such a savoring taste. The drink size is huge.
I will definitely be back.

Absolutely love the food, and the staff is ALWAYS fantastic, very lively and friendly. Never once had any negative experience here out of the hundreds of times I've been throughout the years.

Ordered nachos through their website & they didn’t give me any chips(??) no beans & the food was completely cold. My food was just sitting on the counter when I got there, so they don’t have hot boxes to put the food in anymore I guess?
