It seems that they have a new employee working in the dessert shop. His treatment is very bad and he is not suitable to meet customers. The service is below zero. Unfortunately, it was one of the best restaurants, but I will not come back here again.

Very tasty mix grill and the mix appetizers was too much for 2 people,they have complimentary lentil soup and bread with the dish we ordered. The drinks were canned softdrinks,they have other drink which were not familiar to us. Staff were great. I highly recommend this place,though parking was a little bit of a challenge.

These reviews have to be fake because there’s no way they deserve anything above a 1 star. I have been to many countries and regions across the world and have seen terrible service in my life but I have never seen service this horrible at any establishment. My friends and I waited for 40+ minutes for someone to take our order during a non-busy time. There were only two other small parties but they refused to acknowledge our existence. When we finally got up to order at the front, they told us to sit back down and that they’ll send someone to take our order. Another 20 minutes go by. They saw us waiting but continued choosing to ignore us. We reminded them multiple times but they were absolutely unbothered. Eventually, after 40 minutes, we decided to leave. If you want good iraqi food, I’d recommend walking two minutes over to Al Baghdady. Their food, service, and ambiance were top tier. I am glad Gilgamesh service was abysmal because it led us to discover Al Baghdady!

Waited for around 1 hr to get food. Wouldn’t recommend visiting after 6 pm . They prioritize service larger groups even when they order 25 mins late . Most of all they are unapologetic. Won’t recommend

Loved this place! The service was super friendly and fast, and the vibe was amazing. The music was great, and the Food was Absolutely Delicious ! Everything was really clean and nice too. Definitely coming back again!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We came in and were told by a waitress to take a seat. She points to a table for us to sit at. We sit and wait for a while eventually thinking we need to go up to the front to order. We go up to the front and the same older looking waitress tells us she will come and take our order and we can scan this QR code to look at the menu. We tell her we have seen the menu and we’re ready to order. We sit back down and wait another 10 mins and someone finally comes to bring us some lentil soup which was mediocre at best and lukewarm. we tell the waitress we are ready to order she said she’ll come back in 5 mins. Another 30 minutes go by and we have not been seen. No one has asked us if we want something to drink NOTHING. During this waiting time my friends gets up and asks the older waitress again if they can please come and take our order and with a rude attitude she says she is coming and tells us to wait. She then begins to clean other empty tables and serve other tables. After 40 minutes of waiting we got up and left. Horrible service, train your waiting staff to be better. Go to Al-Baghdady across the street … way better ambiance, way better food, and WAY better service.

The food was really really dry, cut the roof of my mouth and everything was so slow. Took so long for the food to come and everything was burnt. Ambience was pretty though, but it was insanely cold and the AC was broken. The service was nice, but again, very slow.
