The Pumpkin Spice Milk Tea here was the best drink to break in the fall weather! Creamy, great flavor (pumpkin pie in drink form), and amazing quality. We also tried their bubble waffle with milk foam and creme brulee dips. The owners and staff are so nice and accommodating. Definitely will return.

The best brown sugar milk comes from Gong Cha and the best location is this one for sure! The staff is always so professional and the owners are so lovely and kind.

Order update - they took the time to explain the misunderstanding and gave me a full refund. Additionally, they worked with uber to rectify the situation.

Ordered 3 pearl milk teas via delivery (paid extra for this + tip). Where are the pearls?! They would not get a new order for us. The employee wanted us to put in the order again. Extremely disappointing.

Love their drinks, especially the Creme Brulee Milk Tea. The mix of Brown Sugar and Creme Brulee is one of a kind. Staff is sooo friendly. They even have Happy Hour buy 2 get 1 free before 11am

The next time your employee wants to be rude to my pregnant sister we’re gonna have an issue. Waited over 10 minutes for a Thai tea with boba. Drink was disgusting and she did an online order before making our drink when we were the only ones there. This boba shop has gone downhill Save yourself and go elsewhere. Rude employees, nasty drinks.

If you like Boba you'll like this place. It can get busy because it small location, but usually it is a nice relaxing.

Updated: I come to the store today. The cashier recognizes me and admitted the mistake happened. They feel sorry and willing to make it right, offered me a free one, but I refused. I take their kindness and willingness to correct the mistake. Thats why I changed the rate and updated the review.

The store running promotion for new hours 8a-11a. they advertise $4 coffee if you order within that hour.
I never try their coffee, so I go in and order the egg coffee, regular size. When i check out, the cashier told me the price is $5.68 which surprised me since I believe $4 plus tax not gonna be $5.xx, so I asked her to break the price down.

She told me that the egg coffee is $4 but since its egg coffee, they need to add the foam into it, that makes the extra charge. To be honest, it does not sound right to me.
If you sell the egg coffee, then the egg foam charge needs to be included, you cant charge me the price of egg coffee, then charge again the for the egg foam brule.

The coffee tastes good. Not too sweet and I like it. It would be perfect if the foam/cream can be richer flavor.
