Restrooms broken, menus screens don't work, most items ran out. They do not know their own menu either, we tried to order a number 1 and they said they don't know what that is. If you have ever been to a real Gon Cha you would say this place tarnishes the reputation. When I asked for 50 percent sugar they said they do no5 do that here.

I really am lazy to write the review but we come to make the business not ask for help the business.I did customer service so I know how to treat people with at least good service.However, I want owner to do their business professionally not for money.Before you make money, please make sure your business good firstly.The basic need is restroom but does not be available for everyone. I know the owner does not want to spend money to fix it.I and my friend stops by many times.Why I have to spend money where the ower does not respect the customer basic needs.Really disappointed when you love Gongcha!!!

Just walked in with $20 bill. It had a very small tear in it. They didn’t take it. It was fully in tact bill. The Texaco next door took it no problem. I walked out, I’ll never come back. There’s better boba stores in Richardson anyways.

I came in and ordered Green tea honey with boba and aloe Vera on 12/26. First of all I was supprise when there was only 1 employee working there. She seemed to be getting mad and showed up to all the customers that ordering with me at this time. Smashing the tools, cups, and especially keep making the wrong orders to everyone. Worst service ever compare to other Gongcha locations around DFW area. The drinks never get right. I paid almost $10 just for a drink of sugar. Even I told her to make less sugar like 35%. Why I just need a simple drink but the attitude of the employee and the quality of the drink destroyed it all. I am sure the lady was ordering with me would have the same experience as this employee messed up all of her orders. Not recommend at all

Order one drink is best.My sister used to come here a lot and had a bad customer service, she used to orders for all of us around 7 drinks. They messed up and not happy to fix them. she goes to another one a little further but she happy with the customer service there. Since my boys like to come here bc it close to my home. Today we came order 4 drinks, followed us there’s few of customers order 1 only, however they got theirs before ours. So I think they like to serve for one customer more than a group of people.

So expensive now. You don't even get any toppings with most of the selections either. When asked about any toppings I politely declined. They then asked if I was sure and I had to be firm and say no thank you. They were nice enough but I didn't like that I already made it clear I didn't want anything extra.The milk tea I got was just okay so I'm probably going elsewhere from now on. At least another location. Don't like to be pushed to pay more for something I rarely get.Their rewards system is a joke too. I don't want two of anything to get a deal if I'm in for just ONE drink.Kid-friendliness: Card games offered. Inoffensive pop music.

I waited over half an hour for a simple medium sized taro milk tea for which I paid $8 (and an extra $1 tip). Unfortunately, at this boba tea shop, boba itself is an ‘add-on’. Mine came without boba. I won’t be coming here again.
