Zero ambition and no taste for food. Waste of time and money.

I ordered Veg fried rice and veg hakka noodles both are prepared by too much of oil and packing also very bad totally get leaked, Very worst, this kind of food i never eat in my life,owner will take care of it

If there were negative stars, we wouldn’t have hesitated to gladly provide for this place !.

Service - So rude was the guy who brought the food that we were sick to the stomach with his reply - for a simple question that would it be possible to get Dal that we had ordered instead of Kadi! that he brought!!. The same goes to the other person who took our order - his attitude was like - who cares why are you even here, we have lots of people coming to our place anyways!!

Food - 2 Subjis that came with the Thali were oozing with oil!. In spite of requesting before placing order if there is a way to reduce oil. Of course there was not an iota of response from the guy taking the order for our request!

All in all - no, will never step in back here and will not recommend to anyone in our circle.

Do not expect any kind of courtesy, acknowledgments, friendly atmosphere here - because it’s just not there on their customer service menu. And do not try any friendly conversations with the staff - because your food might be snatched away by them!!

Amazing authentic gujrati thalis

For a long time we wanted to visit Gopal restaurant at Richardson, Tx. Finally, we took the plunge today and went to have our lunch. First, the restaurant ambience was in poor taste. We ordered 2 limited vegetarian thali, one with Aloo paratha and the other one with Bajri Rotla. The Aloo parathas were overtly stuffed with potatoes and the bajri rotlas were undercooked. The curries had overflowing oil. To top it all the limited lunch thali was priced was $15.99 per thali, which is a ripoff. On top of that, the cashier guy had a perennial scowl on his face and looked pretty grumpy. Overall, a pretty unhappy experience. Made my last visit ever to this restaurant 😥.

The food is swamping for a Gujarat experience. Uncle and aunty serve nice food and it’s always taste good

Food is very nice .. Service nice. Felt like I was in India. So authentic experience but AC would have been nice . Less clutter next to the tables would give the place a nice look.
People who worked there were very nice .

The restaurant is in a run down strip mall. The restaurant didn’t have a working AC when we visited. Service is quite poor.
We had tried their catering a couple of places and it was excellent but the restaurant was disappointing.
We tried the sec puri, lilva kachori, khasta kachori - all were “okay”. I do recommend the dabeli.
Lastly, recommend their Gujarati style Indian food catering menu.

This restaurant has been here for 20+ years and I tried it for the first time. Inside is cluttered and I did not want to eat there but took food to go
I tried to communicate what I wanted but could not communicate well with staff and dish they recommended did not meet my expectations
