This was absolutely one of the best burgers I've had from a restaurant. It tasted like a leveled-up backyard burger! I got the double-meat cheeseburger. Really really good. The fries were nice, too. They have draft beer as well so extra bonus. I will definitely go here again.

I wanted to give a shoutout to the overwhelmed staff at Hat Creek on Sunday evening, November 2nd around 5:30pm. We decided to take our tee ball team here for a little end-of-season party. We didn't anticipate seeing about 2 or 3 other sports parties occuring here at the same time. When we ordered they told us it would be at least a 30-minute wait, which was fine for us since we were planning to socialize with parents and watch the kids play for awhile. There was a bit of confusion with the young man taking orders, but once that was straightened out by the manager it was all good. The food did arrive almost exactly 30 minutes later, but everything was correct and cooked perfectly. The meal was very good. This place was probably as busy as I've ever seen it, and I know often times that the patrons can be a bit inconsiderate... Thank you to the staff for doing a good job and handling a crazy situation. We appreciate you being in our neighborhood!

Impressive sauces n' bold seasoning, both of which have a memorable kick. And there's a drive through so ya don't have to get outta your ur car to get your takeout order

The person who took my order was really rude and once I got to the window it was worst he had a nasty attitude. First time I go through this bad experience at a hat creek.

I like that they have the paleo burger option and a place for the kids to play. The outdoor seating also is covered with plenty of air circulation. I also appreciate the allergy menu.

Great place for kids to gather and play. We went to the manager because the chicken nuggets were way too salty and my grandson would not eat them. He gave us a new order, but it was just as salty. When I asked he said well everyone else eats them. My husband and I tried them...he was right! Why can't places that cater to kids care about the food?

Can't hand an order out after asking everyone for it. Can't hand a ranch out. Just wait wait wait. No communication at all. Just got a bunch of yes and ok then they continued doing other stuff instead. Entire kids meal wrong. Ordered an apple sauce and chocolate milk. Got oranges and 1% milk. I'm extremely upset. Why I had to ask so many times for my order sitting there. Having to wait for them to just hand out the order then wait so long to be handed a ranch and then the kids meal is all wrong in the end. Didn't even fill up my fry and there not even warm. Fried pickles are gross, soggy soaking in grease, old, tasting not even edible. Out of both mine and my husbands orders the only item that came out right was part of the kids meal. The burger was right. Out of 5 things 1 was right. We ordered at 5:03pm. Order was supposed to be done by 5:13pm. We didn't get the food till 5:29pm. Normally id say they need more training this time id actually suggest a whole new staff entirely. 😓😡

I ordered for the first time at this place for delivery. Some of my were missing. Not good for a first time ordering from an establishment. I ordered the nugget meal, 2 little hat burgers, some, chips and queso, some sweet potato fries with 2 hat sauces, 1 happy sauce, and 1 honey mustard. I received the honey mustard and another sauce. Since it’s my first time here I’m not sure if it’s the happy sauce or the hat sauce. I was looking forward to trying those sauces with the nuggets and fries but didn’t receive them all and unsure which is which since it’s my first time!

Slow. I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait. Here at the window and no one has come to help me. I see no one in the front and there are no customers here. Service at this location is always pathetically slow. I was hoping that ordering online would speed up the process. Not at all. Been sitting here for 9 minutes and I am yet to see a human. Horrible service.

Manager Alex needs to be fired. He knew I was there and never once came to the window. My order has been complete since 7:37 and I have been here about that long. I received my order at 7:48. I explained my concern and he just looked at me like I was crazy. Never coming back.

Whoever made the burgers tonite is a good chef. The buns were nice and toasty.
